Monster Zero
I bought an album by a band called Seagull Screaming Kiss Her Kiss Her, 'Red Talk', for 2.99 in a charity shop, one because the name intrigued me and two because the cover depicts 2 cute Asian lasses striking rock poses. It's actually pretty good.I also bought the Tour CD at The Unwinding Hours gig the other night.

3CR816
Crystal Castles - Crystal Castles (II) (tsk, two self titled albums in a row? Those crazy punks!)Verdict: I liked the shouty faux-chiptune on the first album and was intially a bit disappointed they'd dispensed with it slightly, but they've grown too making the first album seem a little shallow in comparison.LCD Soundsystem - This is HappeningVerdict: Good. Dance Yr Self Clean might be one of the best songs I've ever heard.

I bought that for my missus when it came out as she is a big Hole fanatic, there is one song on it that sounds as though she has entered a drug induced meltdown part way through. What's the new Hole album like? Monster Zero
This Is Ska put together by Mark Lamaar of all people. ?(Yeah he is a huge ska fan I remember reading somewhere. He did a spiel on the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion years back in Select magazine that inspired me to get hold of 'Orange' and I've been a fan ever since. So he isn't just a 1950's binman as Bob once claimed.
