Ha Davids what a legend, saw him play against Cambridge recently and our 19 year old midfielder Luke Berry simply took the piss out of him all game. Cracks me up he wears the number one shirt! He had a terrible game and gave the ball away for our opening goal. Having said that Barnet looked a tidy outfit and played some good football and fair play to him for cutting his managerial teeth down in the toilet land of the conference.

I know the Spuds have had a couple of dodgy results and losing 5-0 at home to a bunch of foreign scousers is not acceptable but it is another mental sacking, its not like Spurs are languishing in the bottom half of the table. After reading this thread decided to go back to my 2013 Cambridge save, have won the Capital One Cup twice on the bounce with my fringe players and then went and won the Champions League last season, no mean feat considering expectation was 1st knockout round. But cannot win the Premier League for love nor money and it is my last unfulfilled ambition on this version of the game. And this season looking unlikely as well off the pace cos I keep drawing against the likes of Stoke and fucking Fulham. Have bagged the prestigious Club World Championship and European Super Cup this season though... decided that is it, this is my last season on 2013, they have copies of 2014 for sale in the club shop at Cambridge and gonna buy the new one before our boxing day match against Braintree.

yeah just seen the news of Clarke's sacking but his record this year has been poor and as we all know it's a results driven business this footy lark but these days managers are sacked way too quick.

Bury disposed of in the FA Cup tonight, great cup tie and cracking atmosphere, Sheffield United at home Sunday lunchtime in the second round... this season keeps getting better and better!

I fired up my Cambridge game on FM13 and fell in love with that game again after not playing in months and not playing that save since January. Still to try and win Prem League and a European trophy on this save so gonna have a crack at that and then by FM14 early in new year when hopefully the bugs have been fixed!

Another rather easy win for Cambridge yesterday at home to Woking... two up in 15 mins game over. 100% home record this season ten wins out of ten, not too shoddy that, our rivals all won though still six points clear

a tidy 4-0 drubbing of a rather hapless and out of sorts Aldershot on Tuesday, Macclesfield did us a favour scoring a late equalizer against Kidderminster so our lead is extended to 7 points. Bring on Mr Davids and Barnet Saturday teatime, I shall be going first away game in over a year!

I've just got BT Sport (actually reminds me the dozy gits have not sent me my viewing card!) I have watched the grand total of a solitary half of conference football between Salisbury and Hereford, didn't think the coverage was too bad. Cambridge are on next Sat but will be at the game away at Barnet kick off 5-30. Not seen a prem match on the channel yet, most the games are 12-45 kick offs on a saturday... fancied Spurs v Man Poo thats a 12 o clock sunday kick off.... bugger have arranged to go to London that day... ah midweek games in December can't do Tuesday games as do my radio show that night but there is Swansea v Newcastle on Wed 4 December which will be my first BT Sport live Premier League experience. Sounds crap though but surely not as crap as ITV1???

crikey if Man Utd had lost today the pressure would have really been on Moyes but that was one out the Sir Alex book of late game tricks. He needs to be given time though and I think it's the most open Premier League race in a long time. Everyone has proved they are more than beatable. ridiculous, Cambridge won again today, we were pretty much awful for the whole game but then again our opponents Salisbury were as well.
