  2. Just for those of you without a PS2, San Andreas will be available for the PC and xbox on the 10th of June
  3. The fact you can ride down a verticle cliff on the trail bike. On the disc issue, when i bought it i was told that of all the games i bought GTA was the only one i couldn't take back due to it being a Duel layer disc, and more suseptable to becoming fucked! I haven't had a problem yet just the usual graphics thing that was also in GTA3 and vice city.
  4. On the passport front, if your willing to make the trip to Glasgow you could get a passport from the passport office.
  5. yeah i had chicken for history in second year
  6. That's the one, the bridge used to be two concrete pipes side by side until one stormy day a poor 2nd year got washed in and dragged through said pipes, funnily enough the bridge appeared not too long after said incident.
  7. i remember it getting closed a few times when i was there for frozen pipes, and the snow. Always great not having to get out of bed and walk up that bloody hill that was always like a sheet of ice.
  8. the pass code is only if you want to pair your device with the other person's device. The offical name for what he's doing is bluejacking. You can easily send messages to people just by creating a entry in your phone book as the message then sending it to whoever is in range.
  9. a way of transfering data and communicating with others wirelessly and for free. Cuts the battery life of your phone in half if you leave it on for too long though.

    Cretins

Are they not self extracting versions of themselves? In that you don't need to have already had winzip or winrar installed to uncompress them? In Winzips case it doesn't really matter anymore seeing as Win XP has support for zipped files incorporated
  11. He makes an appearance in Tony Hawks Underground 2.
  12. can't see that happening, there was a whole thread over on belmontstreet.com where mike wilson said he had no intention of selling any of his properties after all the shit he had to go through to get them open in the first place. The only other place other than the old esko place that i can se being suitable is the old Aberdeen Union building, but that needs a hell of a lot of work done to it
  13. Yeah i know that, i left about one, just after the dance floor was dead to beastie boys. After that i couldn't handle anymore, and realised the youth of today don't know a good thing when it slaps them in the face. The best thing i can think of is to change the name of the night, offer something a bit more fresh and slightly different from any other night maybe have a few local bands playing in the back room on a monday, that would get more people along, if your offering both a club night and live music in the same venue, ok you may have to charge somethig for entry but could make it a bit more appealing for people who don't know that moshulu isn't just for "goths and metallers". Just my two cents do what you will with them.
  14. That is true, but monday at exodus is more established, some people just don't like Moshulu, as has been said before they have the wrong idea about the place. Too be honest last time i was at MUD i left early as it was absolutely dead, went to exodus and the place was packed. Also Triple Kirks has the same drink prices as Exodus from 9pm and even offer pot noodles for a pound, what student could resist?

  16. I'l see your many and raise you by saying all the bar girls are hot
  17. i usually get in no problem, with a leather trench coat on and the most scruffiest jeans ever. Last time i was in me and my mate got into a bit of slam dancing with two other guys, we got away with it while they didn't. My best advice is to go into Triple Kirks for a few drinks then head up to Exodus, they are usually less strict letting people in from Triple Kirks as you are basically already in the building and the door staff wonder about watching out for trouble makers, if they see you behaving yourself your more likely to get in.
  18. Talking about muse and the darkness, at T in the Park the fireworks for the darkness finishing their set went off, just as muse were coming back on to do an encore.
  19. my first was the Motorola Manhattan (1998) which was a brick and not even google can find a picture of it. I then got a nokia 3210 (end of 1999), followed a year later by the nokia 6210 (2001), for a short period i had a sony T20 (about 2001, which i gave to my mum to replace the motorola). I then got the nokia 7650(2003) which i still have and also have a n-gage(2004). Hopefully going to be getting one of the LG 3G phones some point this week. And touch wood i haven't lost a single one.
  20. try North East Perpiherals, they may be able to help, or ask in HMV if they have any old non-broken cases that are cluttering up their stock room
  21. to be honest i never rated generation terrorists when i first heard it, and only listened to it maybe twice in the two years after buying the album. Don't get me wrong i do like holy bible but prefer gold against the soul.
  22. keys, lip balm, chewing gum, hankie, 83p in change, student card, wallet and a hole
  23. i rate it better than both holy bible and gen terrorists
