i smoke quite a bit and have for years. i`ve noticed a difference in my head too (yes, the word fried does spring to mind) but having abused/enjoyed too many e`s, acid and numerous other gunk its hard to tell what did what to my brain. if you believe all these studies you see, eating food(in general) is going to kill us too(story from last week in the news). ps. having not taken much of anything other than pot and alcohol for the last 1-2 years IMHO e`s kill your brain much more than anything else. * written with a spliff in mouth

The long stairs beside virgin, on one of the 2 advertising billboards it was advertising Electrolux Hoovers with the slogan saying "Nothing sucks like an electrolux" and some inspired and very tall person had sprayed "WANNA BET?" next to the slogan. this was a while ago but still makes me chuckle. ps. no problemo. when you load up steam and the "servers" window. click on the one labelled "favourites" and at the bottom it says "add server". click that and add the ip addresses and they will show up in your favourites window from then on. ps. if you find good servers to play on add them to your favourites so you dont have to refresh the entire list each time. p.p.s my gamer tag is Mekanik. if you see me say hello.

lucky sod. the best i get is bout 25-30 (1M line) to improve your latency (lower it) get a faster connection. there are loads of commands in HL2 that are useful to improve your overall connection' date=' etc. hunt about on valves forums (hint: use the quicksearch) . lots of posts on how to improve fps, lag, etc...... steam(ing pile of....) hope that helps.
