  1. * wait, he's going to point out the obvious * Seems the original "broadcast" has started up again. Fuck. And to think, I would have probably never heard Stayover had it not been for that. But yeah, for the second week in a row... OUTRAGE!!!
  2. Yo, what songs have been played so far? I totally forgot about the show and have only just tuned in... Wait a tic, this doesn't sound like Opeth!?
  3. ARGH! I did it the last time to some extent then cheated by looking at a guide someone posted, so I decided to try and finish it all on my own this time. I was left with the two sons... shit.
  4. Meshuggah all depends on personal preferences really. I can't really judge from as far back as Concatonations Collapse and None because I haven't heard them yet, but I'd agree as far as getting better with every album. Although, as I said, personal preference. Lots of people on their boards swear by DEA and Choasphere era Meshuggah. With bands like Meshuggah it's kind of hard to really form an opinion, because Nothing, I, and Catch 33 are so different from their earlier stuff, what with the progression of sound and experimenting. Still, you've got to wonder what they are brewing for the next album. Word around the camp fire is that they are going to try and incoporate some of the faster eliments of Choasphere with the material on I and Catch 33...
  5. Oh my, any word on ticket prices? Must! Go! To! Gig!
  6. Well, you gotta admit, even though this thread has been prodominantly based upon pointing out how bad the tracks are, you guys have certainly got a lot of publicity out of it. Hum... I think I'll save you from my opinions. I was attempting to write them out the other night when I was drunk, but it kind of turned into an essay full of nitpicking, though all were thoroughly justified. I'll just finish by saying that I didn't like them, mostly because of the lyrics and vocals. The vocals weren't necesserily bad, but they just don't seem to fit in my opinion. Bah. Onward!
  7. Wha-Wha-Wha-WHAT!? Now I'm really confused. Makes less sense than any of the others, and that's saying something. On an unrelated note, I love that line "...With aspirations of deflowering her rose" Bang!
  8. False, yus! TPBM can drink a triple jager and red bull in the time it takes for change to be returned at the moorings
  9. Wait a tic! New Abortion by Slipknot was played last week... THIS IS LAST WEEKS SHOW! Gah! Outrage!
  10. Er... wha? Sorry, unrelated, but was I the only one whose eyes focused instantly on the word "aids" there!? Gah.
  11. Oh christ, as previously mentioned in this thread, when Evac played with Easpa Measa and Filthpact. Easpa Measa were so friendly. Evidence of Truama were really cool to play with as well. Again, a really nice bunch of guy. As far as musical ability though, it has to be said that Zillah were fucking ace. Didn't get much an oppertunity to talk to them or anything, but even though they were down on a member that night through circumstances, they sounded fucking ace. And of course, Filthpact. What a great bunch of guys! What a band!
  12. Or when you are away to shoot up, only to realise you forgot the heroin and all that's in there is air. Once in a life time experience. Much like sticking your head out a train, only to meet a pole. Ah, the young one's were such bliss. So what are you talking about then, Manuel?

  14. Nah, I'm seriously low on things to do, and it's been ages since I've made a list of ace songs... so, yeah... I do apologise for the amount, was originally going to be ten at the most. Christ, I need a hobby, asides writing fast music.

  16. AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Those fucking adverts may have ruined television (not necessarily a bad thing I guess), but, oh god, this makes up for it! I particularly love the fact you can behead that piece of turd with one swing. Right to left is by far the best way, with an added, satisfying squelch and flying eye ball. Oh yeah, gonna be at this for a while.
  17. Floor was pretty much full bar a few spots here and there. Still, the place was practically empty for Co-exist. Door charge was 11.
  18. Asides the fact that I felt a bit raped by the door charge since I'm currently verging on skint, I quite enjoyed it. First time seeing Co-exist, and have to say I'd see them again. Preferably in a smaller venue, since music like that is better consumed in a small area. And Amen's set.... Pretty much all old stuff, fucking right! Got to say, I was a bit warey about seeing them as, to be honest, I think their new stuff is just pish. I guess it's alright for what it is, but it's no where near as good as the earlier stuff. Still, the new song they played was pretty good. Fuck, Coma America to start!
  19. MESHUGGAH!!!! preferably Future Breed Machine!!! Come on Hog, if you do play it... then... then... I don't know. But it would be grand. Yes Dying Fetus wouldn't go a miss either. Or Brutal Truth. And, althought it's a long shot, Fuck...I'm Dead would be most excellent listening.
  20. Oh my! Oh my, oh my!!! Oh man!!! MUST GO!!! GORGOROTH!!! *sticks on Under The Sign Of Hell*
  21. Twas an awfully quiet night, that's one thing for sure. Still good none the less. Urch, I barely remember what tracks were played. All I remember is head banging to a Slipknot song, lots of jager and red bull, Master of Puppets and Angel of Death... Yeah, that's about it. Oh, and the requests for Meshuggah and Dying Fetus being denied. How I hurt because of it Look forward to next months one. And another Meshuggah track being played in Moshulu!
