  6. fine as long as the soundman knows his job. Less manouverable, unless piezo stuff's used. AKG do some really nice clipon instrument mics.
  7. anyone had any experience of one? I'm shying away from buying it right now, but if anyone wants one for 450 with pedalboard I can punt you in the guy's direction. Alex
  8. What a bunch of toss. Apart from thurisaz. Was at the glasgow gig, Cult of Luna were great, thought the new drummer was a bit staid, the black guy was an excellent jazzy tubthumper The Watchtower was skull-crushingly heavy. Bleeding Through sounded like a derivative bunch of teenybopper-baiting con-artists. "we never thought when we formed in orange county we'd be headlining in glasgow" HA! Y'don't say! Cult of Luna's singer thought they were a bit bum too.

  18. shrooms are fun for making music, i find joints fun for riffage. I'd give it all a good listen sober before I decided on its artistic merit, though.
  19. i'd just like to say that i've been playing halflife with a ping of 15 over the superjanet network.
  20. I had to get a haircut for the first time in about two years because monty absent-mindedly set my hair on fire with a gas soldering iron/lighter. Seem to remember ben quik's party trick of setting his chest hair alight.
