  1. Maybe go with the pints. Plastic glasses so when you fall over there will be less of a clatter!
  2. On the same bill no less. That may just be a first Dave, as far as I can recall:up:
  3. I'm pretty sure one of us at least meant to get back to you. Apologies Bri, I have in my diary in ink so we are doing it!
  4. nope, they played at the 62 Club. I was there and my 'mate' nicked the guitarist in Crass's leather jacket! Fud that he was wasn't a mate for much longer
  5. Fuck me that was just slightly underwhelming! Imagine traveling all that way to watch 4mins of yer man boxing. Ricky's wifes a looker though:up:
  6. I know this isn't a mac v PC thread but I will say that I didnt like my PC laptop I had at my last job, cumbersome interface. My own Macbook I have had for a couple of years is sound as a pound and been worth every penny. Planning a new one soon. Each to their own and I have never been into the 'Mac is better PC' thing. Depends on needs, personal taste and preference. They do look much cooler than PC shit though And I honestly cant recall the last time my laptop crashed and it gets a fair battering, Music, graphics, photos, office...
  7. I think we can safely say we really live in a democratic society. Not sure what the name for it is but Tony Benn summed it somewhere sometime ago. Not helpful at all I know. The current ACC suck and are killing our city
  8. Room 2? Makes me nervous of spillage between the rooms which would ruin the night!
  9. Just been giving them a good listen and this is now looking to be my most anticipated gig of the year so far! Gob smacked!
  10. I'm now back dating the pay you owe Drakes for standing in the DJ box smoking tabs whilst zillions of paying customers tried to part with their cash. Or take it as a christmas bonus It's all Bri's Fault!

  13. and often does after a couple of drinks 7 nights a week for the good part of 3 years should throw up numerous memories for the staff alone...
  14. I could start a list but wont, old and forgetful for a start. 2+ years of the best times surrounded by the best people, best, and worst music, great nights with the doors closed... Being mesmerized by Opaque stands out seeing and meeting Drat and the numerous other bands that Shaz and other promoters booked. Nice to dig the out the old nostalgia now and again and be reminded of our wee and special venue and times. Shame we couldn't bottle what we all made eh:up:
  15. 360's back in the house a fortnight and one of them belly up already. I'm done with xbox now! Trading in a wedge of games that Jnr doesn't play. I wonder if I will get a refund on my Gold subscription to Live... Hmmmmmmm Irate from Aberdeen
  16. The Bookhouse Boys were tremendous Micah P Hinson meets The Bad Seeds produced by Ennio Morricone.
  17. Cant believe I'm writing this. Foster had a decent game and probably contributed more over those 90mins than he has done most of the season. Seems to have figured out the passing thing and even showed some tricky footwork...
  18. Got your own home insurance that covers loss, damage etc?
  19. He does get a rather lovely sound eh. It'll be something to do with all those pedals he doesn't have...
