The 30th of October sees the first of a series of multi media and new music events to take place 'on' the Castlegate. Dr Drake's promotions and Peacock Visual Arts in conjunction with the City Centre Partnership are organising this event that will, for the first time, see a combination of visual arts, performance and live music being presented together in the city. This, as yet, untitled event will take place on the above date in a very large marquee in front of the monument on the Castlegate, between the hours of 2-9pm. There will be a bar attached to the main marquee and it is free entry!!!!!The four musical acts confirmed are:KASULE www.kasule.co.ukURSULA MINOR www.ursulaminor.co.ukKATHERINE SAWERSSTACCATO SETAs well as this there will be digital video installations, art exhbitions from Peacock, Limousine bull artist collective and more to be confirmed.This is a new a very progressive move for and by the city.Meetings are on going regarding promotion etc.Watch this and other spaces!
