Camie
Beans, toast, sausage(lorne and normal), potato waffles, hash brown and bacon, black pudding on the occasion as well.Beans must be place on toast though so the sugarry "tomato" sauce can soak into the bread.Viola! Chris
fry ups kick asswhat does your perfect fry up consist of? discussI know what it doesn't consist of:1 shitty sausage1 rasher bacon1 egg1 disgusting hash brownThat was the "full" breakfast I had at a B&B in Elgin recently. Pathetic.I want a good sausage, maybe two. 3 rashers of bacon, 1 or 2 eggs, black pudding, mushrooms, beans, toast (either normal or french) orange juice and as much tea as I can drink. That would be a full breakfast.

Bigsby
You know what's a fine roll? Lorne sausage with black pudding on top, then tomato sauce. Mmm.

Mmm.Agree 100%, been a staple hangover cure of mine for years. If it's a particularly barbaric hangover, add a fried egg to it.
Pierre Von Mondragon
I've only started having breakfast again since I quit smoking tobacco (a year ago this week, wahey), and find that scrambled eggs and good seeded bread or toast, ready for action after that. Skubbs
I think it's awful at my work... I'm a breakfast waitress and the breakfast is a sham. It's really tasty food and everything, but if you say "sausage, fried egg and tomato" all you'll get is one sausage, one fried egg and one half of a tomato... You get some embarrassing looks from people who obviously didn't realise you had to be really specific with your order.
Skubbs
Then again, you do get the really pernickity folk who tell you something has to be cooked this many minutes on one side and so many minutes on the other, with this amount of salt etc...Ach it's their brek, so they're entitled. It's just bugging when you're rushing about after heaps of other tables (I know my job is soooo challenging *cough*)
Bigsby
Had a decent enough breakfast at Sainsburys at Berryden the other day. I think from memory that Morrissons on King Street is OK too.
framheim
the best breakfast is at the illicit still or frankensteins but obviously they're not open at 8 but definitely worth a look for those mid morning hangovers. not cheap but it's a full full breakfast plus a pint, coffee and orange juice. mmm. Johnny Mac
Illicit Still has been pathetic for food the last few times i've been in.The breakfast is normally burnt to hell or soggy... horrible.

Red Neck Man
The Scottish place in the Bon Accord food court is pretty good although if I remember correctly, it's a bit pricey.Slains do a 'Monster Breakfast' which is nice, but I'm thinking they don't open until later on.
