  2. Christ, you must be desperate. Nah, I just shout shit. One of my old bands gigged with you not that long ago...
  3. Then again, don't think he plays bass in any of his other bands so you might as well get him in to bat. He collects bands like Panini stickers...
  4. Both are very unwell, and it isn't really fair to elaborate any further.

  6. Couch is there if you need it, I need help tuning my new telly in anyway. No such thing as altruism...
  7. Was an early Cradle Of Filth tee I believe.
  8. In case anyone was going to the TAG gig in Elgin the previous night, that one has been canned due to the venue closing for refurb. So you'll all have to come to this instead.
  9. It's a fair point, there really is no need for threads like this as it makes people look like a bunch of pitchfork-waving cretins.
  10. Strange, I thought it was meant to cover the floor.
  11. Never mind that, tell me about Closed In. I'm guessing you're influenced by Crossed Out, Boxed In, Sewn Shut, Nailed Down and Stapled Shut. You sound like them already...
  12. You forgot Cuba. Unless you've been by now. I dunno, you got married and started breeding and stuff. For me, Russia and Japan. More realistically, Highgate Cemetery. I probably won't though, I'll just keep frittering away the wage every month on noise.
  13. Geoffrey Oi!cott - "The Good, The Bad and The Googly" LP. Geoffrey Oi!cott - "I Was Monty's Double" 7". Six right outta the ground.
  14. Good, you'll be shot down. She should register as a bank nurse at, they're often complaining of being short-staffed in there, especially in the Blair Unit. At best it'd only be the odd shift to start with, but it's a foot in the doooor...
  15. TV licensing is indeed a crock of shit, there should be some sort of sliding scale where you pay in proportion to the amount of telly you actually watch. If they're so quick to detect whether there's a TV in the flat they can fucking well calculate how often it's on. Therefore, those people who know there's a whole world beyond the telly can save a few quid while couch-potato cretins can get charged through the earth for not doing anything more constructive. People on disability benefits shouldn't have to pay for a licence either. And extra-charge folk who have more than one telly in the house, because you don't need more than one telly in the house. And they can stop putting so much shite on the telly while they're at it.
  16. Yup, and sometimes it's easier to give a lazy retort like "people are just bitching and moaning" rather than consider the point that "the local scene" might just be a back-slapping go-nowhere Groundhog Day boy's clique. Not that I'd dream of suggesting it's anything other than friendly, healthy, supportive, outward-looking and vibrant of course... I did type out a big spiel about it but folk would have got even more bored reading it than I did typing it so I'll leave it there.
  17. Said this a while ago, and it still stands.
  18. Course not, it's the Ministry of Love.
  19. Total Hard Skin-esque spoof oi meets Chaos UK for a six. Must be a total hoot live, I was laughing like anything to the cd...
  20. With song titles like "Darts Player's Wives", "Get Padded Up Mate" and "Dawn Of The Dickie Birds" this can't fail...
  21. Antigama/Herman Rarebell/Third Degree split CD. Damned - "Machine Gun Etiquette 25 Tour" 2xDVD. D-compose/E.T.T.S./Bangsat split CD. Geoffrey Oi!cott - "The Good, The Bad and The Googly" CD. Necrocannibalistic Vomitorium - "Rest In Piss" CD. Atresia/2 Minuta Dreka split CD.
