My thing about the price was just to clarify why I thought the guy offering it for £70 was not the person selling the guitar as it seems too low in addition to it being another poster.

The person who replied about selling and with a price was NOT the person who posted the advert. Therefor we suspect he is offering his bass that he was willing to trade with DanClews for the guitar. I can't speak for DanClews, but I think £120+ is more of a realistic price for this. I had a Platinum Virgin 7 string and that went for £140. I heard the single off the newest album last year and it actually wasn't that bad. For pretty mainstream hard rock it was far better than most of the shit on scuzz. Not Again was the name of it. The best thing about that band though are the sig Mike Mushok baritones for both Ibanez and PRS. Wouldn't mind getting one!

With all that shite and poop in one post I thought it was the pet hates thread for a second. I have a Behringer Vintage Tube Monster pedal. It is actually pretty good once I changed the shitty stock tube for a sovtek 12ax7. Wouldn't say it's amazing but only really use it as a pre-amp for VST's and on my solid state practice amp for distortion but it does the job. Build quality is actually pretty good. You can buy a 2100MSP card in shops for around the £18 mark. So just short of £3.50 if buying them from game etc. Microsoft charge you more to buy direct from credit card. The cheapest places online do 4200 for £30. At that price it works out <£3 for 400 MSP. It depends where you buy your points from.

Mounted combat was put into the game in a free update that is already out. The werewolf thing was crap. I never used it outside of the companion quests where it was forced upon you. It was cumbersome and the camera was crap in indoor environments due to how huge the werewolf was and the inability to play first person. Thankfully I completed the mission where you get the the cursed ring that randomly transforms you into a werewolf very quickly and it never happened to me. I had no idea you could get vampirism permanently from Vampire enemies. I was too good at killing them to catch the disease

Modelling software is pretty advanced now. There are heaps of good free VST's. You just need to have a DAW to use them with (reaper, cubase, cakewalk etc). Reaper and the free VST's are a great low cost practice rig so I would recommend giving that a go as you get a free trial. Even to buy it's only about the £40 mark. It's what I use for experimenting. You will need a suitable interface though but the basic ones are pretty cheap. The Line 6 GX is about £80 but there are plenty cheaper than that, couldn't advise you on one though. The TASCAM ones can be picked up used for quite a low price though. Or for an all in one solution try something like amplitube. They won't give you the tone of a valve amp but nothing replaces that. The cost and ease of a computer practice and recording rig is obviously the great benefit. Here's a free VST vid from youtube. All at noon sittings and most of them are lead channels and based on higher gain amps but this is just an example of what you can get.

Found out about Dawnguard too, it was just some games site that were presumably referring to PS3 and PC release dates. I will still wait for reviews before buying it. Skyrim was a grind towards the end, I finished it more just because I felt I needed to than wanted to. But putting over 100 hours into a game usually makes you feel like that Just hope there is something a bit more interesting in the game mechanics or storyline. The main story got very dull towards the end and vampires are a vastly overused cliché these days hence some apprehension about how interesting it will be.
