    Your current read?

Finally got round to finishing Please Kill Me today, best book I've read in a long time. Now onto Nikki Sixx's Heroin Diaries. I don't even like Motley Crue, but it was a fiver
  2. I missed the Oxford Collapse, but quite liked the sort of 80s vibe Royworld had going on.
  3. But on the plus side, their onstage banter is always top notch!
  4. I'm the same. Enjoyed it so much last year I promised my friend on the bus home on the Monday that we'd go again. Franz, Manics and Grinderman's doing it for me at the moment... Mmm...

    Your current read?

I keep starting books and abandoning them halfway through 'cos I buy other ones and just forget about them. I won't list all the ones I've yet to finish, but currently reading Please Kill Me: An Uncensored Oral History of Punk by Legs McNeil. So good.
  6. Done. Doonies Farm made my childhood.
  7. Yeah, TrinityStreet are cunts and like to leave you in the loop. I dunno where I'm sitting for Aberdeen, Glasgow or Edinburgh, but am told that presale tickets are the best seats ?( Bought tickets for London from ticketweb and know where I'm sitting for that.
  8. Someone I know was wondering what theme to go for as well for a party she was having. Lots of people suggested a Rubiks Cube party. Apparently this involves going to the party wearing loads of different items of clothing all different colours, then you have to try and get clothes of the same colour by the end of the night, which means swapping clothes (oo-er) with other people.
  9. Oh, here's the presale link if anyone wants it: The Mighty Boosh Tour 2008 Tickets
  10. There's a queue here! Although, I'd happily take Fulcher an' all. Everything he says makes me piss myself. Ever seen Snuff Box with him and Sir Matt of Berry? \|/ Can I do a bit of bragging now? I've been ever-so-good 'til now. I have hugged that man! Matt Berry is truly brilliant!
  11. I like Noel, but I hate being tarred with the same brush as his screaming fangirls (y'know, the NOEL FIELDING IS BLATEZ PHITT BLAD types... who don't know who Julian Barratt is.) I much prefer Julian! It's one of those things I get defensive about now that it's quite big. "You weren't there, maaaan, you didn't hear the radio series, maaan!" I know quite a few people who don't like it 'cos they watch an episode and go "I don't get it." I don't think there's much to "get", really ?(
  12. I knew this'd happen. In a Boosh-ticket-frenzy in December, I decided that 'cos they weren't coming here, I'd settle for seeing them in Edinburgh, London and Glasgow, spending money I don't have to do so. Screw it, I'll have to see them here, it'd be weird not doing so!
  13. Just go anyway I think I've got an exam on the day of it
  14. Awesome, I'm just never sure with Moshulu these days.
  15. Aww, Jasper was hilarious. As was Psychic Mike who was just smiling the whole time
  16. Gaaaah! How good was last night?! Top of the pops!
  17. Anyone need a ticket? A friend's bailed on me and I can't afford to not get the money back for it at the moment! Face value, of course!
  18. Indeed they are. Think my friend now owns one of Errors' dog... o_O (1990s are also playing Drummonds just weeks after this on the 4th March)
  19. Seen 'em twice already, but I like them and this gives me the perfect excuse not to go to prom. Winner! Although I'll be going alone. Loser!
