  1. Looking forward to this, Downfall played a blinder at my Serpico gig last week. I see that my review of Thrashist Regime for Hardrockhouse is still kicking around, will be good to see what shenanagins Joe gets up to this time! Singing from out on Belmont St while playing at Drummonds once was pretty amusing.

Very pretty, I like redheads to.
  3. Gig reviews: Florence And The Machine, Gossip and more. | Scottish|scottish_listings|scottish_music | News Of The World
  4. Personally they crack me up, a very funny metal parody. Left me with a major grin. :0)
  5. Good review of the gig in today's News Of The World. :0)
  6. Thanks to all those that came along last night, was a good fun night.
  7. It was a very enjoyable gig, not seen Blaze live since his Wolfsbane days.
  8. The advance ticket price of 4 is open up until 8pm on the night of the gig including at the door and will revert to 5 after this cut off time.
  9. An interesting line up, would have liked to have seen that one but in Edinburgh that weekend.
  10. Kerrang gave it a very good review as well though said they were from Glasgow and not Edinburgh, at least they got the country right which is something I suppose!
  11. Neon Wasteland: Serpico: Amazon.co.uk: Music album now in the shops and online.
  12. It was way more revealing and her boobies were out completely with nipple tassle thingies on, looked fantastic on her but the damp squibs at eurovision nearly had a heart attack seemingly watching her gyrating around in next to nothing during the rehearsal! :0)
  13. recent purchases include the Heaven And Hell album plus the new ones from Lacuna Coil and Queensryche. Also have pre-orders on the albums from Serpico and Hanging Doll. Got a review copy of the Steel Panther album, filthy and hilarious! Spinal Tap meets Motley Crue with some Roy Chubby Brown thrown in for luck!
  14. Pity they barred Dita from wearing the costume she had on at the rehersals, that was interesting indeed! As for the Norway act, thought it was pretty dull though I did like the Estonia one, that was well done. I thought Britain was horrendous, rubbish song and some terrible Leona Lewis sub par clone warbling. Most of all the other acts were big established bands/singers in their home countries and sometimes right across europe but we always enter some half assed competition winner and wonder why we do bollocks (regardless of the politics).
  15. just over 2 weeks now and very positive feedback so hopefully lots more of you will come along, to recap Serpico Hot Mangu Downfall Liars Dice thursday 4th June 2009, doors at 7.30pm - first band at 8pm tickets 4 in advance from Cavern Records, Belmont Street or See Tickets 5 on the door tickets can also be had directly from myself or my other half Alex Clark who is doing sales at Aberdeen Uni
  16. Saw these guys support InMe a while back and they were pretty decent.
  17. Getting closer now, a good few weeks for Edinburgh bands in Aberdeen with Man Of The Hour, Tyrant Lizard Kings and Seprico all playing in that period.
  18. Good stuff, the more the merrier and good if some local folks who have seen them before come along and bring some friends. A bargain at 4 from Hen at Cavern Records as well!
  19. It is a small world, the lead guitarist Steve was in my brothers class in School from down near Dalkeith.
  20. now on sale at see tickets along with the Cavern though they can also be had directly from myself which quite a few folk have already done.
  21. Hot Mangu have confirmed as main support for this gig.
  22. now that is going wonky, I typed in Seetickets and yet see mobile is coming up????
  23. "servicebusy" is See Mobile, not sure why it is displayed as that? Seetickets will be later in the week, The Cavern have tickets right now though.
