  1. oh aye, changed days on AMF then. I remember a complaint going in about one furum user calling the other a 'pedo' and admin/mods said that they were both giving as good as they got. I do feel that there is a line over which one should not cross when it comes to what is basically an open public forum.
  2. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
  3. sloooowwww PC streaming or whatever it's called.
  4. Sorry but that Tonerider clip was doing my head in. Why did the guy have to use so much fx for the demo. My pc is streaming very slow so I gave up after about 1.40 so it might have got better....I somehow doubt it. Maybe the PU are great, but I wouldn't be buying them on the back of the demo. IMO of course
  5. I have a kit in the hoose that lets you make patch cables to suit the length you need. Never used it:( .............Bit like my digi recorder
  6. well well, you learn something every day. Okay sorry YAmin. wrang spy. They were good pick ups though.
  7. When you say bland, what do you mean by that. Is there nothing you can tweak in your set up to counter act the blandness.? I find it hard to see past Wizard pickups, but I'm not sure how much they are these days. If you've not heard them I can let you hear my sg with them.
  8. Really liked the Costello clip...classic. Anyone seen David Bryne singing with the 10,000 manics. Canna remember the tune but I think it's about seeing Dallas from a DC10 at night or something like that.
  9. I like Zvex pedals. I have a SHO. Hardly use it now though.
  10. I don't seem to have a problem with that...I do it myself from time to time depending on the meal. It's just the people who attack the plate of food as though they are 'Master Chef' dicing a cabbage. A strange thing is though that after working abroad I often use a spoon and fork to eat my meal if it's curry or a rice based dish.......Hmmmm!!!
  11. Hi, Has anyone got one for sale? Cheers Brian
  12. If you're not in a big hurry and can wait for a cople of weeks you can try the Breedlove, and Faith Palour guitar.
  13. One of the best acoustis I've played is my Breedlove. Can't remember the model just now, but I think it was the number 250 in it. It's a big old guitar mind, bu tit sounds and plays really well. I think they were around 700 bangers new, but you could maybe pick up a 2nd hand one for your budget Something like this. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BREEDLOVE-AD-25-SF-PLUS-ELECTRO-ACOUSTIC-GUITAR-/161275337819?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV&hash=item258cc25c5b#ht_120wt_1190
  14. People who chop up there food in to smalll bits before eating it. Salad for one thing, spag bol is another...FFS! Cut and eat, cut and eat...there's no need to attack the bloody stuff like some sort of mad person. Could be just me of course. On that note....people who cut their food up and then transfer the fork to their other hand before eating.............learn to use the kit!! I blame it on Big Mac, KFC, Pizza Hut etc where people tend to use their fingers instead of a forking knife. NOTE: Sorry if you have some sort of aliment that doesn't allow you to use both hand when using a fork and knife.
  15. I have a kindle and was thinking of getting a cover for it. Hmmmm plenty of choice out there. then I got on a plane a couple of weeks ago and the person sitting next to me had a cover that looked like a book......FFS no way that would fit into my hipper for a quick read in the works bog. On the subject of kindles...I was on the kindle forum thing and somebody thought they they had been sold a second hand book. Now what bawheid would think that? The world is full of crazy people!!!
  16. bloody hell I feel half way there already
  17. haha, thanks for the vote of confidence. Have you thought of taking up a career in man management for offshore supervisors Joking apart, I know what to mean. However I just doubt I'll be able to get anything recorded...but I'll keep you updated........................don;t worry I won't post the results if I get any. Thanks for the advice.
  18. Frosty. Okay he doesn't agree.......but what does he know LOL. He is correct though as touts are just providing a 'service' although be it one for people with more money than sense IMO.
  19. oooo fancy that Squire thingy
  20. It's called REM. It's common in office workers. Especially in Oil &Gas industry. Do you do that line of work? It's not only onshore office workers that get it though....very very common offshore.
  21. Cheers, I'll give it a go. Like always it sounds so simple, but I fail every bloody time grrrrrrrrrrr!
