Its a one channel Ampeg SVPCL valve preamp. Sounds really good, only ever really used it at home for recording and the odd gig. Great condition. Looking for 250 ono. Cheers.

It's metallic blue, hardly ever used and is looking for a good home. I bought it cause one of those crafty weegies in Sound Control convinced me I couldn't live without one. Comes with hardcase, paperwork and all that. Looking for around 750 for it. I'll post pics once I figure out how to. Cheers.

We got T-shirts made from shirtysomething the other week and could be happier with them. The guys were well nice to deal with and they got our t-shirts delivered to us 4 days after ordering them!!! Quick as micro chips ehh!! I seem to remember having a free korps lighter at one point, that was pretty suave!!!

No problem. I didn't mind waiting for you guys to get on stage at all. I'm in a band myself and understand the need to take a piss/get the pints in before going on stage. I just wanted to mention that this, along with me having been told to allow time for a half hour set from you guys was why I had to cut short your set. I hate having to do it, but the DJ's who were on at 11:30 payed to hire the venue and I couldn't run on any later. Sorry if my earlier comment sounded totally arsey too. I've had a bit of a shit week and was obviously venting through my keyboard. Anyway, I'll no doubt see you guys soon and I'll always try to give time for a full set when I can. Cheers. Runcie.

Hmm, it was myself doing sound for Zed machine that night and remember things going down a little bit different. Just saying if you have a time to be on stage, make sure you're whole band are on the stage at that time. You guys had a slot from 11, until 11:30, and I had DJ's to set up at half 11. The wonderlands did NOT run over time and I could have put you lot on a good 10 minutes early if all were present. I remember standing around, waiting at 11 and your bassist was nowhere to be seen.

I agree, but for playing live DI'ing an electro acoustic is just so much easier than mic'ing one up. You don't have to worry about where you're pointing the guitar and I've heard some really nice acoustic sounds with the seymour duncan type pickups in them. Thats the way I'd go but each to their own.

I wouldn't really jump in and slate the fuck out of someone just because a few aberdeen-music kids say he's a dick. If you've never personally played a gig for AGP (as I've been told you haven't) then you're not really qualified to call Ross a lazy dick who hates the Aberdeen music scene. Nice one for pulling a U-Turn on your gormless, unsubstantiated rant though. Perhaps next time you'll take a step back and think about what you're saying beforehand. Ross is a good guy who gets some pretty great acts up here. If he can afford to pay local bands I have no doubt he will. It's all common sense though, just put yourself in his shoes and think for a bit.
