I got an AVT50 combo for my 15th birthday (so it's gonna be 7 in like 3 weeks) and it has never had any problems at all. Also it's been used and abused as a house amp in Drummonds and The Tunnels for the last 8 months(ish) and is still in fully working order. AVT50's are alright, plus unlike the 150 and 275, they have real spring reverb and a much less complex footswitch to go wrong.

I had a pair of Sony ones and thought they were ok, well once i figured out how to put them in right. I was trying to jam them straight in my lughole and got really pissed off cos they kept coming out and sounded shit. When i figured out that you have to place them down the lughole bit then twist them back so they sit on hard bit above your earlobe i thought they were ace. Sounded much better than the normal ipod earphones anyway.

It's a JCM2000 TSL 60 3 channel type number.

I'm trying to sell my Marshall halfstack to fund a 24 track hard disk recorder. Looking for 650 for the TSL 60 head and the 1960B cab (with celestion vintage 30's in it). Give us a shout if you're interested.

I heard someone use on of these down the tunnels a few months ago and they sound unreal!! If I can scoop enough money together I'll defo take it off your hands!

The Sound Control (downstairs from HMV, right off Denmark Street if memory serves) is great, and I've never met nicer staff in any other music shop. They're affa helpful.

Funnily enough I did try wikipedia and google before I went to the bother of posting on here and couldn't find the answer. Seem to have lost my copy of the album too so can't check the footnotes either. Oh well.

I'm trying to write an essay for college about the mixing and recording process and can't find out where At the Drive in recorded Relationship of Command. If anyone has any ideas please could you let me know. Cheers.

Yeah Cryoverbillionaires were superb last night. Looking forward to this, should be pretty good.
