the only way you could sue is if it means you get turned down by a uni - which i guess is unlikely. o yea and i don't think i have ever met anyone who hasn't broken the law. its pretty easy with all the shit pointless laws that noone really puts into action...

yea i have a 20gb 3G - and mine has never had that problem... my ears still ring like mad after i listen to alexisonfire! haha my iPod headphones have lasted pretty well - one pair lasted a year and then one stoped making a sound, then i got my sisters pair and they have been working well for over a year now!

i cannot stop listenin to the cd's i bought on sunday. so good!

i was so sad to miss this... my sister was there but my dad said i couldn't miss any school.... my sis met them afterwards! i am jelous... i heard they played all the classics like my coco and somewhere across forever... o i am so gutted!! argh. i have never seen them - when my sister first saw them the killers were supporting stellastarr*. now that would be ace!

i was in a bar in newcastle yesterday and what did i see on the menu - a cheese and marmite and paninni! i ordered it BUT whoever made it obviously didn't understand marmite - they had but soooo much on i could barely eat it... (i did tho!)

i still have not seen it but thought i'd just brag about how i served the a coffe to the guy from the film... the film had one of its premiers where i worked in the lovely town of kendal...
