Back on topic: My pet hate today is that everytime I start listening to the latest Adam & Joe podcast the fecking phone starts ringing and disturbs me.

We can't because thankfully the majority of the shit chat has been deleted. That should have been the end of it but thanks to certain individuals the chat has remained shit.

I don't drink Vimto. I don't get to close. As Lucky says "a quick glimpse" is often enough. I just know what the norm is for me. I do notice subtle differences on a day to day basis but nothing to worry about. The only reason I notice this kind of thing is that I do have a little bit of stomach trouble that I like to keep an eye on.

I do actually keep an eye on such things. Its always wise to know what the norm is just incase there are any health changes. Last week I had some licorice and it had a devestating effect on me.

One day after raiding the cupboard for something to eat I sat down to watch a movie with a jar of beetroot. The next day I thought I was pissing blood but then remembered the beetroot. So thats where the colour from beetroot goes. This doesn't really help you with your Vimto conundrum.

Lucky emailed me an earlier version of Head Echoes and honestly I hated it but now it's really grown on me. It may actually turn out to be my favourite but I need a few more listens. Child is great and I think it rivals Sins of the Flesh as your best song.

I just completed it this morning. It's pretty good. My only problem now is that I'm stuck at Level 27 with very little left to do or kill. Getting to Level 30 is going to be a pain in the arse.

I get most of my stuff from Asda although If I need work trousers I get them from Tesco. I bought a pair of trousers from Asda and they were so thin you could hold it up to the light and see through the bloody things. Also being a huge fat bastard I have to shop at Asda because most normal places don't have clothes big enough.
