I don't believe you... Can't you only get a 50Mb line (what you would have i think) through like special infared/satellite lines. The type of stuff only big companys have in their offices. Hmm... And yeah, the calculations are all right.

Uh...what? I'm guessing the website 'Morning lush' is being launched then. Where's the pic from?

Just a suggestion, When a topic is moved to another forum, could it show what forum it has gone to, along with the "Moved: ..." message? I'm not too fussed about it, just could be pretty helpful at times. Cheers

the most frustrating game i've played in ages
ClicheGuevara replied to framheim's topic in General Discussion
I didn't realise this before, but you can actually choose your level without having to complete the one before, just pick it at the top I skipped level 8, and did most of the ones after, but i'm gonna go back and do it now. -
Your favourite gigs of the year so far...
ClicheGuevara replied to Steve Temple's topic in Gigs & Event Announcements
Manic Street Preachers @ Edinburgh Corn Exchange Flogging Molly @ Moshulu Havn't been to that many this year really, others would be Presidents of the USA (had a great night, really fun), Dragonforce and The Freaks Union (great band, poor turnout). -

How many levels are there? I'm on 8, and finding it pretty damn hard. Determined to do them all though! -
For anyone interested in Miyazaki (or enjoyed HMC), a lot of the ghibli films are being released on dvd between now and (mostly) the start of next year; mainly Miyazaki. Nausicaa is on the 26th, which you should all buy. Others recommended to get would be My Neighbour Totoro, Lupin III Castle of Cagliostro, Laputa Castle in the Sky and Porco Rosso (havn't seen, heard good things). Actually, the worst Miyazaki film I have seen is Howl's Moving Castle, and that says something. EDIT: link http://www.animetion.co.uk/news.htm (down a little)

Tonight at the Belmont, 8.30. See if you prefer the subbed better or not.

Haha, I saw you standing outside B&Q. Would've said hi, but you refused to look my direction when I walked past.

Noticed it on the board at the Belmont to be showing soon. Downloaded it ages ago when it was first released in Japan (fansubbed), and tbh i was pretty dissapointed. In terms of animation, it's perfect. It is all top quality, and flows perfectly (expected of miyazaki and Ghiblii). The story just kinda let it down for me, found it a bit boring. He didn't write it, i think it was an English woman (maybe American), although it's still his style of story (lots of flying wooo). Still a great film though, well worth going to (I will be), just not up to his standards I'd say. It's no Mononoke or Totoro I'll be interested to see what everyone else thinks of it though, maybe I'll enjoy it more this time.

Hope this isn't breaking forum rules, but what program were you using to download them from? Just interested in what they've monitored, if it's more than just the few biggest ones.

The lastest few would be: Open your eyes Goodbye Lenin Seven Samurai Castle of Cagliostro and Nausicaa Of The Valley Of The Wind are being released soon

Ordered a shitload of stuff from no idea records website earlier this week, about 50 dollars maybe (a lot considering how cheap it is). That was t-shirts, cds/eps, couple posters. From town last weekend: Lone wolf and Cub manga, fear and loathing in las vegas book, new against me album which was ordered from one-up (came out on monday). Got new jeans last night too. Oh, and stripey socks -
Reel Big Fish + Skindred + The Matches @ Moshulu
ClicheGuevara replied to Ross's topic in Feedback Forum
Although came in half way through their set, thought the Matches were pretty good. Singer totally reminded me of 'The Warriors' for some reason. Skindred were awesome. Havn't seen or heard them before, and totally weren't what i expected, but totally ace. Would have bought their album too if i had enough money on me. I knew Reel Big Fish would be awesome, and they were. I still thought they would be kinda better though, seemed like they were missing something.... Like, everything was played perfectly, and it wasn't as if they had no energy, they just didn't seem to have that live atmosphere - if that makes sense. They were still totally ace, and it was a great gig, had a good time, just that it won't be one that'll be remembered over others as being so good in years to come. Anyone got any photos they could send/post? Saw quite a lot of people with cameras and phones taking them. -
Sounds awesome, defanitely come to quite a few of them. Can a list be put up of the films and dates of when they are going to be shown? I remember when drakes put up a projector and showed a premier of a skate film, worked very well. Any chance of doing anything along those lines? Watching anything on a big screen, with better sound makes them so much better
