  1. Had another look on 9 and still don't know what to do Any hints? You said i was along the right lines, i'm guessing it's something to do with the other url....nothing works! I don't want to say too much of what i'm thinking unless it gives it away.
  2. Yeah, i was impressed with it. Worth getting.
  3. No no...this is the really easy one to get you started (along with the first few). It is in the source if you compare it to what you can see on screen.... Think of a very simple way of viewing text that is hard to see.
  4. :o :o I think i know what to do...but it doesn't....work. In other words I don't. Hmph. I stopped anyway. "I'll do it in the morning"
  5. First one i'm stuck at is 9, kinda looks like i need help too. I was thinking along the lines of using the past letters of URLs, but doesn't seem to work. Don't really have any other ideas...
  6. Last songs from feedback sounds like a great idea. It'd be awkward taking it straight from there, but if people had the option to submit a link of the track when creating the thread, then that would work well. Then you'd obviously link back to the thread on the link to the song.
  7. I totally get what Bux is on about, and agree with a lot of the points made. I think the point is, if you're regular members of other forums, you'll realise how this forum lacks in aspects. There's a big negative feeling around the forums, and it's something that's hard to stop. I guess when new people come to the boards, they think this is the proper way to act, to be overly critical in no positive way in the slightest. I mean with JaseyBoi's thread about the optical illusion. Yeah, i had seen it before too, but if i was going to reply, i would say something along the lines of "yeah, that's a cool illusion", and speak about it in whatever way. I wouldn't think of critisizing him for posting it... I'm not a big user here at all, but I lurk around often, and have done for a long time. I guess the main reason is what's said here. Other places i go to support what others are saying. I mean obviously there's big debates and the rest of it, but in good taste. Then again, I do love the arguements here.
  8. Yeah, agreed. The logic is where i'd go aswell. Take the highest numbers out the most you can with the seconds first etc.
  9. If you want something sweet, have a southern comfort, lime and lemonade.
  10. Yeah, you think that's stupid until you actually try it. "Swap the 1 with the 3 to get 01 as the month", No can do....
  11. Afraid nobody can tell you anything over the boards. But if you're into downloading anything, it's not hard to find... I'm not sure what we can say, but i'll recommend the protocol bittorrent....
  12. Yeah' date=' i thought the same thing about the train. It would have made sense if they had stayed on the train and got away that way. I guess it must have just been a very very long train..... No idea about the body bags though. Could be either answer. Like there's defanitely two coming out, but only one put in the boot of the car? I really doubt they'd cut up a body though....must have been in one of them. She's a wee woman [/color']
  13. Afraid you'll find there was clearly three, all in the same direction if you want to be picky though
  14. Yeah, it pre'd about midnight last night. As intense as ever

  16. What about the new sky internet deals coming out? I can't remember the specifics, but they're crazy limits for the prices. Don't think it's out for a while yet though.
  17. Int 2 cooking - A AH Physics - B AH Maths - D Not fussed, was exactly the results i was expecting. Didn't need anything anyway. (I am out of £200 the uni were going to pay me if i did well though)
  18. I will have moved down to glasgow for uni by then. Awesome
  19. I think it's a good idea..but only for some gigs. Like for the most part on smaller gigs, it's not going to sell out, so nobody buy tickets, let alone online. It's just not worth the bother. If you stuck to big gigs, touring bands coming to aberdeen which you know will have a big demand, then yeah, i think it's a great idea. Do less gigs, but they'll all have a good demand. As for virtual tickets...it seems awful easy to steal a code and get in. I guess it's just as bad as tickets though.... I was thinking along the lines of you have to show ID with it. But then you can't sell your ticket and nobody would want one.
  20. Plus, itunes files are encoded in 128kbps, and in aac format. I stay clear of anything under 192 when i'm getting it for free (and would never get aac either), so i'm defanitely not going to go and pay for it. If they are charging you for it, they should at least give you some quality in it.
  21. Post up the final tracklist once you've got it done
  22. That's awesome, good work What did you write it in? C++?
  23. the lawrence arms - Oh Calcutta! none more black - this is satire bigwig - reclamation no trigger - canyoneer billy talent - billy talent II mhmm, there's a lot more. Actually, a lot of surprisingly good releases from Fat. Most dissapointed with less than jake :/
  24. Agreed with all of them. I'd love to see against me again, and get a good turnout for them this time. Last time it was pretty poor :/ I got a drumstick, pick and the setlist though I could name all my favourite bands here but i find it kinda pointless.
  25. Wouldn't really say it's got so much of a summery feeling, but great song
