  13. Tama Swingstar 5 Piece kits are about 420ish new, great sounding kit for the price (shame about the snare drum though). Always try to get double-braced hardware and stay away from sabian solar cymbals.

  15. Hola Guitarist (playing for 4 years) and drummer (playing for 18months), both aged 17 looking for bass player interested in funk/rock jamming. Would be mainly improvising at captain toms. Influences : Jimi Hendrix, Miles Davis' 70s fusion, Headhunters, Herbie Hancock, Weather Report, Frank Zappa, Sly and the Family Stone.

  18. Ive currently only got a 20w practise amp and am wanting something more like 100W. I've looked at marshall's but am wondering if hartkes, warwicks, trace elliots etc are better/worse?
