    the killers

Heehee, you musical gods with your deep pools of knowledge. I am so sure they featured on a programme I watched and had a blonde female singer. If not, then I'm sorry for my unforgivable, shameful lack of insight into music. I am quite obviously doomed and heavily flawed to make such a painful mistake.

    the killers

Christ! The Killers are just another crap NME lamo band. They are the one with the chick singer right?
  8. Which Aurora do you play for? is it the kinda rock/ceilidh one or the one with Adam on drums?
  9. Going back to the idea that Leo Fender designed both instruments - quite possibly, a guitar designed about 50 years ago would, somehow, be not as versatile as a guitar designed today? Maybe he learned from his mistakes, I mean, a lot has changed in that many years.
  10. Yes, I would guess they probably are!
  11. Ermm, about a month ago...? Warwicks I've played seem to be great for slap but not so good for much else. I've played three all with pretty high action, I'm guessin to reduce buzz when slapping, not sure, hmmm.....
  12. If you like Incubus, check out Mr Bungles self titled debut album.
  13. Fender basses just look and feel crap. I can't stand the whole top heavy thing on precisions etc and I don't think they're very versatile. Going by, for example, the jools holland show, you don't see anybody using fenders, except maybe rock bands.
  14. Blur were the most interesting band on it, but I would say Nirvana are the most influential.
  15. Fender schmender! Those jazzes are old-fashioned lumps of timber. Geta Musicman Stingray (2nd time I've written this today...). Played a five string version and it was smooth with what I was doing (slap, finger, shit tapping).
  16. Looks like a red version of my bass players instrument. Mighty fine are Warwicks in my experience, though ya shoulda got a stingray
  17. Hardcore is a crap word. 'emotional hardconrujeiklrgfvfecdyhbvjd' dreary blether shite talentless ssssssamamamamamey soft verse screammmm loud chorus sgduisedbfkj crap everything else ambient electronic dance grooves eats emotional freakin hardcore
  18. I think you write pretty cool / interesting music, but your guitarist kills the live show
  19. Head Down isn't that bad. Superunknown is prob the worst for me, but the album is bursting with greats.
