  3. Martin is ok. I used to see him most days when I was skating. Never have I seen such skills before. He doesn't oillie he simply wills himself up curbs on sheer determination.
  4. Combine this with this 12 hours of this and you get I might saunter over to exodus before 12 if I can be bothered.
  5. amon tobin, fourtet, chicks on speed, tracy and the plastics, console, ladytron, adult, le tigre. electronica is stupid genre, how can amon tobin and chicks on speed be in the same category? Thats just bloody lazy that is. I hate genre's, they make me feel stupid. How is it ok to put chicks on speed into electronica, yet somehow, le tigre is "indy electronica" a supposed sub-genre. Fucking allmusic.com. Fuck you, le tigre make the list bitch.
  6. The sound of stabbing you repeatedly for bringing up such a pointless topic.
  7. Saturday was rather shit. The highlight of my day was the chicken fajitai got from the mexican place near the NME stage. I watched bits of things, nothing was too impressive. Was superbly pissed to not get into the Slam tent for Basement Jaxx and felix da housecat for some rinsing beats and ended up seeing Josephine in the t-break stage instead of any of the headline acts, caught the pretty little fireworks at the darkness though. Some my cunt raided my tent and stole my 3ltr box of italian job spar red wine, my friends lager, and my girlfriends minky perry. Unfortunatly they returned the perry. Sunday was great, Goldie looking chain were the best opening act i've seen at T. Theres something incredibly surreal about hearing thousands of people chant "your mother's got a penis" Scissor sisters were discotastic. Franz Ferdinand were mediocre, far better than I had expected. The rapture were lovely, though they should focus on their half arsed electronica, it was much more funkable. PJ harvey was lovely, missed the first two songs or so, and unless she played rid of me then, she didn't play it at all, which was poo, either way I never heard it. The bass was surpremly fucked though and that ruined a few songs, the bassist was rather scary too. I had another fajita and walked around a bit until pixies. Most people have already said how great they were, but what i believe really made them stand out was their work ethic. I don't know how many tracks they played but there was very little pause between tracks. I loved the randomness of their set, it was love in a bucket. Unfortunatly seeing the pixies meant that there was no chance in hell in seeing the chemical brothers in the slam tent. I had to make do with heckling Julian Casablancas from 200m away. Hooded gypsy dancing ensued, and endless laughing at Mr Casablancas lack of stage presence more than made up for missing out on the slam tentage.

Don't listen to the first track from the postal service album when you've just been dumped. Theres only so far self-pity can get you, and after listening to this song you will most likely start crying and rationalise ever mean thing she/he ever did to you. Not that i did any of that.
  9. 3 happy bus tickets (1 up) for sale, 23 each, yes thats a whopping 1 knocked off the price of each. Bus leaves at 11am from Denburn car park. Also, if anyone knows if I can get a refund, (i'm looking at you Daveofficer) instead of selling, i'll gladly do that instead. Apologies for the shambles that is this post but the organisation of our t in the park weekend is even more dire. pm or reply or wave or whatever

They played the arches in Glasgow. It was sublime. There was no support, I stood in the oh so hotness for 2 hours before they appeared. They are old and demented and lovely. The guitar wanking got a bit tiresome though, also they don't look like they like each other all that much, they have all the stage presence of a shrivelled toad, oddly enough, that didn't seem to matter at all.
  11. Onion terror.....wait! Thats the name of a horse on The Day today. Personally I would have gone with two headed sex beast.
  12. yeah it was in that funky levis advert years ago. But, it also almost sounds like boom swagger boom by murder city devils, and now thats in my head. Now and forever. Boom.
  13. You represent the band, you are the internet manifestation of the band. Why do you talk in the third person? That was one of the most shameless promo's i've ever seen.
  14. I wasn't impressed. People at VUE were meant to be wearing night vision goggles to catch the video terrorists. I didn't see any, the bbc promised me they would be there.
  15. moya is my favourite godspeed song. I would also say Mogwai - christmas steps Mono - Com(?) Flower Traveling band - satori part 4 Sigur-ros - Svefn-G-Englar and cheekily I would say Les Savy Fav - Titan, although this is not strictly one song, as it include a live version of Our coastal Hymn, I care very little.
  16. Erm also Jim O'rourke Jason Molina Phil Elvrum Chan Marshall
  17. Tim Harrington Travis Morrison Tim Taylor Stephen Malkmus/SS Frank Black Alias Sage Francis Sole
  18. I think I saw little hell at t in the park a few years back, "don't touch the monkeys cause they've got diseases" luvly.
  19. Wasn't Amnesiac basically b-sides in the first place? Kid B as it were. So in that sense cuttooth would be a c-side and thus disqualified.
