  9. Ooh It was afa good, the sound was surprisingly excellent from all angles, they played in the middle of the skate park with a very decent PA, and weird angles of skate ramps all around, the skaters and BMXers went whizzing past at alarming rates and were occasionally frightening, but in comparison to Monotonix they were pretty namby pamby... the singer poured bottles of water over the snare drum which exploded spectacularly on the hard hits ,the kick drum was re -positioned mid gig and played by the guitarist whilst the drummer conjured eclectic beats out of the hi hat and snare drum and they were acrobatically excellent with the singer performing as if Iggy Pop was his mere grandfather, balancing atop the drummers shoulders, mid performance was a hoot, he he, a great speactacle .

  21. I wish there was a category for taps I like cajoling sounds out of the taps, they make great noises especially the third from the left one. Nae quite as nice as Drummonds or Snafus taps but miles better than the trickly efforts in The Moorings . Well done Tunnels, your taps are a great source of amusement to my drunken mind, cheers Biz.

  25. Looking for a drummer ? . I have tons of experience playing everything from 70s rock and funk to punk rock, new wave, reggae, ska, blues, electronica and loads more -but nae JAZZ - it's nae my cup of tea, mind you neither is half the pish I play, but as long as it pays the bills I'll gladly give it my best shot . I do drum tuition in Aberdeen. check out the studio here - MUSICAL VISION LTD // ONLINE // HOME I also set up and tune up drumkits and give advice on repairs, maintenance, gigging and all other drum related stuff. I also do studio and gig work all over the UK as a drummer and drumtech, so only get in touch if you can pay me a decent wage ,I don't have time to fanny around rehearsing for months with amateurs . I specialise in sitting in for absent drummers. I normally recieve a CD of a bands set list - often at short notice notice, and listen to it, write drums, meet up and rehearse for 2 hours then gig . Previous clients and collaborators have included Miss The Occupier, Scunner, aka SKA, 16 again, The Visitors, XS RELOCAT,The Excellent Brothers, Cyberpiper, Colin Clyne and loads more , cheers Biz .
