The guys at NEP are usually pretty helpful, although when I checked my old laptop in for a similar problem I did find I had to phone them up and remind them they said they'd get back to me several days before, which was a pain. They charged me bare minimum for checking it over having told me it'd need the screen replaced, threw in a TV out cable for me to use while I got a new laptop sorted too.

Thirteenth step is one of my favourite albums and has been since I first listened to it. Mer de Noms is good, but I just don't get into it as much as Thirteenth Step. Feel the need to go listen to the Outsider now, heh.

I bought it for my mum for christmas, I managed to limit myself to just reading the first chapter before I wrapped it: which I had to force myself to do very quickly before I changed my mind and read it all! I'll get a loan of it from my mum once she's done. Good opener though, look forward to reading the whole thing. I do love Thomas Harris.
