I'd recommend you got a luthier or someone who knows what they're about to fix it. Does Malcolm Bolton still teach violin at Cults? Speak to him about it, I'm sure he'd be happy to sort it for you. If it were my own 'cello I'd certainly not feel happy about doing it myself. Changing strings is one thing, but changing the "hardware" of the instrument itself is another. Hope that helps.

Food at Hog's Head and TKs is good, oh and Illicit Still too - I'd probably recommend Illicit Still most out of those three to be honest. If you were feeling more restauranty La Tasca is pretty fun, it's easier to have a casual-esque dinner there than other restaurants I'd say since it's tapas dishes. Plus the Cava Sangria is soopah ...then head to exodus.

Good old fashioned chedder (only when melted though.. on something largely carb-based). Do love Brie on crackers ... and am also a Philly addict. Yay for cheese.
