Paranoid Android
Great line-up as ever. Sadly my initial reaction was actually disappointment because with all the festivals they've said they will do Outkast was the one act I was really hoping to see on it. Lots to get excited about though.
Mr Owl PhD
The Friday line up at Primavera is absurdly good - two of my favourite artists of all time, and loads of other good stuff too.

colb
Saturday is going to be SO shoegaze. Need to find a hotel closer to the venue this time, stayed in Grazia last year which was ace, but getting home in the morning was a bit of a trek. Paranoid Android
The acts I'm probably most excited to see are: Kendrick Lamar Cut CopyThe NationalTelevisionSharon Van EttenLaurent Garnier (seen twice before at festivals and blew me away each time)SpoonSt VincentArcade Fire (hoping there live show is still great even though I'm not keen on a lot of their later stuff)Chvrches
colb
Two chances to see Mark Eitzel and Shellac! For me:SlowdivePaus - impressively mental last yearDarksideLoopLee RanaldoMick HarveySun RaTelevision maybe - The Breeders in the same slot was a bit meh. MogwaiGodspeedI think the Pixies might be as dull as JAMC though - which will be sad. Edited January 28, 2014 by colb
Paranoid Android
I saw the pixies twice in the first couple of years of the come back. I won't be fussed if they clash with someone else and I end up missing them although obviously in an ideal world I will see them and they will be awesome like they were before. Paranoid Android
Just listening to some slowdive for (as far as I can remember) the first time. Thanks to this article http://www.factmag.com/2014/01/24/a-beginners-guide-to-slowdive/1/ Um, they sound fucking amazing.

kirsten
Every year I say I'm going back to Primavera and have yet to. Think this might be the year as it actually coincides with me having a job this time around! Did anyone watch the lineup reveal video? That was an awesome way of doing it. I'm also sad about lack of Outkast. I hadn't even considered it as a possibility until about an hour before the line-up was announced, but that was all it took for me to convince myself that they would be playing. Skacel
I'm not sure I can afford it but I've booked tickets to Primavera. Personally, I think the line up is incredible.

Adam Easy Wishes
Agreed, it's just not as boner-inducing as it once was! I'm actually very keen to go, but it's a hard sell on my girlfriend...

Camie
Me and my friend are going down for it. Really looking forward to seeing Albert Hammond Jr and East India Youth. It's such a great idea.
kirsten
Yeah, Albert Hammond Jr should be great. Also excited for The Fat White Family, Hold Steady, Courtney Barnett and Lizzo. I'm amazed that the line-up is so good. We went last year and really enjoyed it, but the organisers have seriously upped their game this time! Camie
I was getting shouted at last night to catch Courtney Barnett, heard some great things about her.
kirsten
I was getting shouted at last night to catch Courtney Barnett, heard some great things about her. Oh definitely check her out, she's great. I had no idea who she was until I made a Spotify playlist of all the Stag and Dagger bands and she was immediately one of the stand-out ones. I love it when that happens! Her song 'Avant Gardener' is lyrical genius. Edited April 27, 2014 by kirsten
Old Gold
Bah, I really would have liked to see Courtney Barnett... alas work beckons. And then it's Primavera time.
