fertuiee
Hello. Been thinking of getting some sort of Fender combo for messing around on in the house, im not really up to speed on particular models so was really just wondering what some of you guys were using "combo-wise". Not particularly hung up on "only" Fenders. but the ones Ive played have been really good. So yeh what you got? GO!
Soda Jerk
What's your budget, and how loud are you needing it to be? Is it just for home solo practicing?

fatboy
What kind sound you going for, do you get your sound from pedals going into a clean amp, or you use the gain of the amp to get overdriven sounds?

Tend to use a bit of both, leaning towards using the amp gain more.

TR!ΔNGL€ T€€TH
I use one of these: Not as versatile as the Yamaha amp, but it does one great sound. Plus, it looks pretty cool as well.

Cabbage
Im sorted now, thanks for the offer though oops, missed the bus, was going to recommend a fender champ as well, single channel valve driven awesomeness!
Flaneur
oops, missed the bus, was going to recommend a fender champ as well, single channel valve driven awesomeness! I think Fender might have discontinued them. Shouldn't be expensive, second hand- and highly moddable, if that's your thing.
Flaneur
http://www.gak.co.uk/en/gretsch-electromatic-g5222-valve-combo/21824 This is essentially the same amp as the Champ 600...................
fat ol' sun
I use one of these: Not as versatile as the Yamaha amp, but it does one great sound. Plus, it looks pretty cool as well.I play on of these through a marshall 2X12 with greenbacks loaded. Sound is very useable. Good at home volumes, btw I use effects to colour the sound, but, the clean tone is a good starting point.
