KarmaTsunami
hmm...i like drakes peronsally. i might go to the moorings to see settlefish on the 8th so i'll see what it's like then. drummonds is good, since it's probably the venue in aberdeen i'm in most due to having worked there, Trans Am last night were fucking brilliant, the only time i can remember ian actually LIKING the band that had played. although um...can't say i'm a huge fan of bands like lady mercedes or the wildcards...so i think for me drakes has the quantity and quality of bands i like, as does kef but drakes is cheaper. and has cheap beer. so um...in orderdrakesdrummondskefmoshulu (only seen one gig in front room, fudgenight for WBL + MMW, both were killer) i'll see what the back room's like after johnny MOTHERFUCKING traunt tonight
huntedbyafreak
Oh dear... last night in Drakes, I repeatedly told Sharon that Drakes was the best place in the world. Oh the drunkenness...Love the lemon tree as well. Seen some of my favourite bands there and it always sounds great. Beer is ridiculously expensive though. Leckie Gilman
well at the moment drake's is the best in my opinion.the sound is the best. but i miss nicky casino. he was smooth. like the smoothest guy in the world. like one time i got cut on a broken glass and i was like "aye can i get like a bandage/plaster kinda thing" and he was like "yeah sure" and like quick as shit he had slapped out a firts aid box to my rescue. legendary.but back in the day however lava was the shizzle. the atmospere was rockin. i could go on like that for a while about "back in the day" but i won't. it's crap shows are not how they used to be like when i was first going to see live music.i miss those days. the present does both annoy and depress. framheim
drakes is the finest venue in all the land. it's everything a venue should be while being everything a venue shouldn't be at the same time. and it's fun. always. trans am in drummonds last night was awesome. good room to have a wee dance about and decent booze. i'm starting to really enjoy drummonds. the crowds get me down in there though. drakes always has nicer people in it. Yeah. I had a great time seeing the Seeds at Drummonds, but for cheaper gigs, it's like not everyone's chuffed theres a band on or something. Guest Bob Double Jack
Thats right, they've got a female who does the onstage sound and monitor sound. But I'm forbiddem from further speaking about drummonds anymore so I will rap up.

When I first read that I didn't notice the word "shirts", and wondered why you were complaining about a band with tight pink girls in it.
