Alkaline
The main one for me would be 'We Shall Be Blessed' they aren't much like anything else in Aberdeen at the moment and to be honest for me they were like a breath of fresh air in the scene. I do also like the Welles and although they haven't played a gig yet i really like ColonOpenBracket.
Cloud
Stayover. Why, I hear you ask?Simple, they realise that music is supposed to be fun and not ultra serious, unlike so many bands at the minute.

the_beastly_one
A band that really impressed me on their first gig, were Shadow Ceremony, when they played their first gig at the Moorings. There were things badly wrong with them (like an out of tune bass etc), but their songs in themselves were superb. However, since then I haven't heard of them ever playing another gig.... Tav
MMW and Bench. Only seen each band once this year and both were impressive. I really like the music Bench play, where as MMW, just played really well live...not my thing but still impressive.
kirkt
The Upstarts. They've came a long long way in the last couple of years and the most underrated band in Aberdeen by a mile.
