Mexican yes. My usa model has no issues at all with volumes. I play it at home in a flat at a low volume. Proper tapered pots. For me the only upgrade on the v3 that makes a difference is having a vintage 30 but that's cos people used to upgrade the stock speaker. Obly issue there is it takes away too much fender sparkle for me as the vintage is more mid and bass. If you want a fender sound have a fender, if you want the vintage 30 clean go for a vox.

Still musicianship to a degree tho. If not using samples u still need to know music to plot midi or play with midi keyboards etc. Depends how u use it.

I have a new goal since the last one. I just bought my favorite guitar from my favorite guitarist again a Nuno Bettencort N4 so my goal now is to learn to play the entire pornograffiti album like I used too before I started playing in bands and doing acoustic stuff. Time to shread again.
