I had a sirloin steak with cooked vegetables for dinner. Barely an hour has passed and already the vegetables are testing the boundaries of my ringer.

Agreed but I'd rather not pay through the ringer for the pleasure (lolz). I've always just been to La Tasca and you're right - it tastes like it came from a Microchip container.
