  1. It still works. I have done it below to demonstrate, simply remove the spaces et voila. [ IMG ] http://i1009.photobucket.com/albums/af216/Ewanritchie85/IMG_0741_zpsc44330ff.jpg [ /IMG ]
  2. I have no idea. I've never played it outside my flat and even still I have never had it above 1/5th volume. If you rehearse at captain toms at weekends I live nearby if you want to try out at decent volumes.
  3. I realised I never posted images.... here's crappy phone pic of it on a 2x12. It's pretty small. I'll put one of Sam 45's shiny pics too. If anyone wants to try it give me a shout. 4 watts of Yorshire handwired all tube tone. Has 6 different voices, 3 clean 3 dirty. Volume and master volume controls. Means you can add a bit more preamp gain if you want and still keep the volume low. It may be small but it's still pretty loud! Sam's picture.
  4. It must be the number of messages in your inbox. Quite a few people have had that problem since switch to the new software. I think the message limit used to be much higher and it's now only 100. So just delete old PM's and it should work again.
  5. I tried to PM you but it wasn't working. You want to try them out? I'm free all tomorrow and Sunday night which is unusual for me so ideal time.
  6. Bump. I'm free all weekend if anyone wants to try it.
  7. My 7 string has a calibrated set of aftermaths and is tuned AEADGBE so if you just ignore the lowest string then it's in standard! The guitar with the warpig in the bridge is CGCFAD. It has a bareknuckle nailbomb in the neck. Both guitars have the bridge pickup coil tapped too if you want to see what a tapped aftermath/warpig is like. They are both mahogany bodied super strats but one is very slim and the other is quite a bit heavier so not sure how they would compare to your guitars. I do have a 6 string with an aftermath but it's off getting the nut replaced and I don't know when it will be back with me.
  8. To me straight away wanting something mid focused with clarity on chords and for a tight sound = bareknuckle aftermath. However I think it sounds a bit thin at lower gain settings and I always preferred the warpig for everything other than modern metal type tones. Don't know how well they'd fit in with your sound though as they are very much marketed at the metal community. The warpig has great clean tones though. You're welcome to try my guitars that have them but again they are quite different to what you use.
  9. Try deleting messages from your inbox. You are only allowed 100. I had the same problem after the site upgrade and as soon as I emptied my inbox it worked fine.
  10. Do you want a solid state head that sounds like tubes or do you like the SS tone? I personally would love an AMT Stonehead. 4 channel 50W and sounds more like a tube amp than any other SS heads. I've got an AMT SS30/TC-3 and P1 already and their pre amps are incredible. Not played the Stonehead but the demos I have seen and soundclips suggest to me it is no different. I'd second a Marshall 8100 though. Very cheap and they sound great.
  11. I'm away to Inverness on placement from Sunday and only realistically will be able to let people try/buy on Saturday from about 3pm inwards due to other work/travel commitments. If you are interested then it would be much easier for you to try in the next few days. In the meantime it will be sitting in my flat unplayed the whole time. Someone should give it a loving home!
  12. You made the album private. When you click on a gallery in photobucket it will come up with all the photos. Click on a photo and on the right hand side it has a list of different 'links'. You want the one called IMG code. Copy and paste it into a reply box on this site and it will show the image. Do that for all relevant images.
  13. Look at all those years where Messi was averaging less than a goal per game. Terrible player!
  14. My previous post was a lie. It's like chiptune but programmed on calculators. However, the integration of tangents into the music is key when differentiating mathcore from other forms of educore styles. Mathcore was initially a prime target for ridicule from mean genre critics but it's rising popularity has equated to a near universal acceptance of it as a sine of changing musical tastes.
  15. Fast, technical, dissonant offshoot of hardcore. Anyway this is the genre defining album. Educate yourself! In fact just listen to all TDEP albums because they are all great. In modern times has become more synonymous with a metal sound but still retains much of the same core. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36NNnUbMQY0 I will head along to this. Not heard the new album actually but they have not disappointed live before.
  16. You may wish to change the poster. Sadly I get the impression One Up no longer sell tickets for obvious reasons
  17. Orange Micro Terror Is £100 and they look pretty decent. If you want something in a pedal you can try my AMT tube cake. Only 3 watts but is clean and has depth and presence controls unlike the other pedal amps which can be prone to breaking up.
  18. Matamp Little Rock for sale. I'm not using it and I need to finance a custom and a larger amp anyway so it's the obvious choice. I got it from Sam 45 a few months back and it's been played for 2-3 hours tops since then as my AMT rig is more convenient to have plugged in and has all the sounds I need really. Will put some pictures up later but it's in exactly the same condition as when he sold it, so essentially mint. £230 for it.
  19. I want to be a psychiatrist or GP. Sociable hours ftw. Just 2 years of FY to get through and a little bit in CT training if I go down the psych route then it will essentially be a near enough 9-5 job for life.
  20. I know you said no Nursing but Auxiliary nursing pretty much fits the bill and wouldn't require any qualifications or other allied health things like support worker, phlebotomist and suchlike would give you the 3x12 hour shifts working pattern. Hell you could even go on the NHS Grampian nursing bank (or an external agency like Raeburn) and you can tell them when you want to work and they will offer you shifts. Plus with the NHS you get paid time and a third on nights/Saturdays and time and two thirds on a Sunday so it's not all bad - you do get compensated for the unsocial hours. As for my job. Full time student (9-5 Monday-Friday) and part time coffee shop worker (16h at weekends). I hate you all with your full time wages. Plus the fact my only days off are when I take annual leave from work. My last day not at uni/work was the 2nd of January, and my next day off is the 3rd of March I should graduate this year though in which case I will be a junior doctor starting in August and will likely have crazy hours. It averages 48h a week but that includes your time off, so you could very easily end up doing an 84h week at some points. I know some people who have ended up with 10+ 12h shifts in a row on rotas.
