How long do most people take? I've been getting an hour lesson every week for about a month, so going by that it's going to take me about a year to pass. I'll hopefully start 2 hour lessons in summer if I can afford it. Just want it over and done with.

Hmm. Unless I've missed something I'd be presuming they'd rent or sell the building on rather than operating the proposed venue themselves. I really don't think it's necessary though- is there really demand in Aberdeen for another mid sized venue like this? At one point I may have argued that we could use a venue that filled the gap between the Music Hall and AECC for established acts who sell out the Music Hall immediately but I have doubts over the necessity of it. I was pleased with the Bronx appreciation in that thread. To be totally honest I quite liked Avenged Sevenfold back in 2004. Waking the Fallen had some quality tracks on it. I mean, I wouldn't even humour the stuff they do nowadays, but neither would I suddenly get back into them if they released Waking the Fallen MK 2. Tastes change, you move on and all that. Only song I've heard from them in recent times was called Almost Easy, and it was fucking guff (as expected).

Last night I dreamt someone gave me one of those for free. It somehow transformed into an AD200 halfway through the dream though (not that I was bothered). It was glorious.
