well as it says in the article... it was put together by 'guitar world' magazine, which i think is similar to 'total guitar' over here i.e. has a readership mainly into popular rock and metal. e.g i'd have put more vai, satch and gilbert in. i'd also have the solos from guthrie govans 'waves' and 'rhode island shred' (latter played by bumblefoot). and loads more janes addiction 8-) and probably more jazz and fusion solos. and more blues.

i've played wario ware and wii sports, think they're both terrible 8-) each to his own though. thing is i don't get why the 'party console' marketing seems to work... seriously why have your friends come to play wii bowling rather than actually just go bowling? that said i don't think the 360s that great either or at least xbox live isn't (and i prefer online to 1 player games), i sold mine

and even vai worshipping (wannabe) muso wanks like myself had to start somewhere. i started out playing teen spirit as well as stuff like blitzkrieg bop and teenage kicks. tons of technical guitarists have said they started out playing ramones songs or whatever and thats what made it seem possible in the first place.
