  5. Would you like me to bring the Soft Cell 12" collection? Foetus? That'll frighten them.... Have also acquired a copy of The Stupids 'Retard Picnic' on cd. That aside, carry on as usual - we are very much looking forward to it. F xx
  6. This from today's Popbitch site: Britain's papers have been full of the sad tale of a mother who murdered her Down's Syndrome son, after caring for him full-time for 36 years. So what was the final straw for the exasperated mother? "Patrick had spent the entire day listening to the same Elton John CD, shouting the word 'Elton' repeatedly." I'd say it was reasonable grounds.
  7. Getting more and more depressed that I wont be here..... Bah.
  8. Enough with the crap puns! Had a tremendous night on Friday apart from being called 'old'. Hmph.

  10. Yes - my lovely impractical birthday boots that some of the girlies bought me last year. I am a high heeled expert of many years but these aren't really designed for hiking around town and I want an occasion to wear them somewhere other than the house!!!
  11. Upstairs in the Lampie Upstairs is free to hire and holds about 60 folk. I've used it loads and like it.
  12. Gutted Would definitely have come along but it clashes with Killing Joke in Glasgow (selfish lot that they are, rescheduling their gig). I was going to get my boots all polished as well.... :-(

  16. Bloody hell - is he STILL around??? He musy be chasing folk from behind a zimmer frame now.... Are your parents local. I probably went to school with them. Eeek.
  17. Bah. When I was young and everything was made of wood.... Kincorth isn't that bad. It's nowhere near as bad as it was when I grew up there, in the mid eighties. The worst you get now is a bunch of scabby neds trying to stop you going into the Coop or spitting at you when you come out of Spar. Then, you got mad folk murdering peoples parents in the local. We used to run riot up the Gramps for hours. There was a local 'prowler' who followed the kids around. He was called Peter. In those days, your parents didn't have a protest march and brick his windows and phone News of the World about such things. If we saw him following us we would turn round yelling 'PETER THE PROWLER! PETER THE PROWLER!' and chase him. He wasn't a very efficient paedo. No one ever looked for us in helicopters, adn we'd have got a skelped lug instead of a cuddle, for causing all that trouble.
  18. I'm glad I'm old and don't have to bother with this nonsense anymore. MOVE OUT!!!!
