  1. Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals - Walk Through Exits Only - I've had this playing in the car for the last few weeks. Really enjoying it. Very edgy but with some awesome grooves at sections. Really hoping they come to the UK next year. Recommended if you like/liked what Phil did with Superjoint Ritual and Trendkill era Pantera. A bit rougher round the edges than Trendkill, but still beasting.
  2. Is she speaking about you? Are you being a playa again, YoungA?
  3. A fellow 'car enthusiast'... Congratulations, you managed to unscrew your oil cap and put in the type of oil which is indicated on the cap itself. Genius. (2 hours later) I don't have many idiotic posts to shame, but I'm sure I'll find a few in good time. I like this thread a lot already.
  4. Ok I need to make this happen as soon as possible. Not a bad word/concept in there. Amazing.
  5. This took me 20 seconds to find. http://www.firstgroup.com/ukbus/aberdeen/journey_planning/timetables/index.php?operator=19&page=1&redirect=no
  6. Pet hate: Thread titles as vague as 'Wanted'. Put the wanted item in the thread title as well. Argh.
  7. In all seriousness though, Wat Pho was pretty cool. It is the 'Temple of the Reclining Buddha' in Bangkok. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wat_Pho

    Weekend

Last night - Learnt some Filthpact tunes. Got pissed. Tonight - Bisongrass gig in Edinburgh. Tomorrow - Probably cleaning the car yet again.
  9. Not going to happen. A lot of the cranes across various platforms won't suitably facilitate manriding. Those that do still have to try and deal with huge swells. In fact, I'll probably just stop at that.
  10. I made an R&B remark because it is one of the 2 places in the Aberdeen City Centre that you may have found one of these?! No other reason - just informing you that they don't stock them
  11. Fitted my HKS Kansai carbon fibre front splitter and my Shine Auto carbon fibre rear diffuser. Finishes the exterior off nicely: Here is a video going round the (tiny) Alford oval track: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVu8u6aUj58 By the time I was making decent boost I had to slow down for the corners. Not a good representation of what this car is capable of, but good fun nonetheless. It is also cool to hear what it sounds like from the outside. That screamer pipe is ace
  12. It seems to be that my data runs out without actually accessing the sites (I suffer the same things as you - timeouts, bounced messages etc.). It takes more data to not provide me with anything that it did to just load normally. Convenient.
  13. Yes. I never noticed this being the case when I first got the phone, but it seems that I get the notifications all the time that my data is very close to running out, and then it does. Worse is that the 3G, when I do have it, is very inconsistent anyway. My usage hasn't increased over what it did before - I used the phone a lot more for roaming etc. before. Strange.
  14. Not yet - Jake doesn't know which church he is in.
  15. This is my favourite post you've made. Best of luck getting it sorted!
  16. Does the acoustic also have an on-board tuner? If so, does it work? If it does, then there is a problem with the socket (may just be a simple re-solder required) or part of the internals of the preamp. If a tuner is present and isn't working either then it could be the above, or a requirement for a new battery. If there is no tuner, see above anyway.
  17. Remind me again of your knowledge of R&B's financial position and success?
  18. Ah rubbish. Square One proved to be very convenient in a lot of instances. Shame that.
