  1. I think everyone should vote for Bison First 2 songs from first gig: New song from most recent (2nd!) gig: Next gig: Saturday, December 17th @ The Moorings Bar.
  2. Inconsistent spec on the Epiphone Les Paul Customs of late for sure! Some are coming with ebony, though most are still using rosewood. They all come with a hard case and coil splitting wiring for both humbuckers now though. R&B have an alpine white Epi LPC in stock just now (£429 also).
  3. Check out my fantastic ability to multi-quote.
  4. A KCHGH & [ ] would prove interesting for anyone enquiring about the bands playing.
  5. It could be a phase issue due to pickup magnet polarity and winding orientation. As it stands, the black is the hot, red and white together are the tap and the green and bare are going to ground. If you swap it so that the green and black go together as the tap, the red goes to ground with the bare and the white goes to output, that should solve your problem
  6. He says "Sumfink". I hope he gets murdered.
  7. Back to the top! Still have all of these items available
  8. You could always bypass the switch, use the volume as a master volume/neck volume and use the current tone knob as a pickup selector that works as a blend rather than distinct 'neck, middle, bridge'. Failing that though, the suggestion that you made at first is easily do-able.
  9. People that do not understand the concept of 'BODMAS' are a pet hate of mine. For the previous page example of 40 + 40 x 0 + 1, there are no brackets (B), there is no 'of' (O), there is no division (D), there is a multiplication (M) which is then carried out FIRST (40x0=0), there are elements of addition (A) then used (equation becomes (FOLLOWING THE INSERTION OF THE 'M' SECTION) 40 + 0 + 1) = 41. There are no subtractions (S). It is that simple. Follow that methodology and there are no issues. 'D' & 'M' hold the same level of importance so BODMAS can also be considered as BOMDAS. They are equal.
  10. Who is 'the luthier'? I set mine up for dual coil taps so I have a tap for each pickup on the volume controls to go along with the 550K CTS tone pot. Sounds great
  11. Bare Knuckle Aftermath pickups. Holy shit.
  12. When I opened the thread in a new tab, you hadn't posted that.
  13. 5AM Saint on one and the other one will be rotated. Not sure which one is there now.
  14. I thought the exact same thing when I first saw the picture haha!
  15. [ace-ic part] I just bought NHL 12 for PS3. [pet hate] The only friends of mine that share an interest in hockey/own this game have XBox 360s.
  16. The Lundgren M6 is indeed a fantastic pickup. Not cheap though eh
  17. The Bare Knuckle Aftermath sounds great. I've just ordered myself a calibrated set. At £129 each (and with a Jensen capacitor at £9 to go with it, 550K CTS pots, 500K push pull pots and new jack socket) it isn't a cheap way to get that sound. I'm sure it will be worth it though. A nice change from EMG 81s in that particular guitar (I have pretty much 2 of the same guitar so one will be retaining the EMGs and the other will have this new configuration). [this post should be in ace-ic]
