  1. I'll be there front row centre. This will probably be the best gig of 2007. Just got to work on my Love Machine dance. . .
  2. True. I always look twice every time I go past that junction now. What you said earlier about important people getting from place to place underneath the city - that's what I was told the tunnels were for.
  3. I mind being told of a 'hidden' street behing the Jessops on Market street ages ago. I thought it was just a wind up but who knows. The other one I was told was that the pole thing on Justice Mill Lane (on the junction between the Foundry and Glentanar pubs) is to allow air out/in of an underground tunnel that runs right under aberdeen down to the beach. Again I thought someone was taking the piss.o_O
  4. according to UEFA scotland seem to have already won 20-0!
  5. Pizza toppings 1. BBQ Chicken 2. Pepperoni 3. Ham & Pineapple 4. Meat Feast 5. Spicy Beef
  6. My o2 contract is up soon. I tried cancelling 3 months ago but they were going to charge me 130 for the pleasure (outstanding line rental) I might throw a hissy fit at them about their shite service to existing customers and see what they offer.
  7. I just fell off my lollerskates!

Remember the guys on top of the lorry. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DS1iy6v8ntY
  10. It was a good gig. I thought Franz were great. I saw Editors at Kef a while a go and wasn't impressed then and their support performance last night didn't change my opinion. Bullets was great live though.
  11. http://www.laptopshop.co.uk/ look for one with a centrino chip for wireless. Dell.co.uk are doing a few deals on laptops as well.
  12. I'm still certain Rick Witter was the fat bloke from Pop Idol!
  13. Never heard of them - they any good?
  14. Highlights: The Subways - Oh Yeah The Futureheads - Decent Days and Nights Maximo Park - Graffiti (what was up with the front man with his Nazi salutes and military style of talking?) The Duke Spirit - Quite impressive, I'll keep my eyes out for them Razorlight - Wow Lows: James Brown - Half an hour late, followed by a 15 min introduction. He then launches into 2 awful songs. I left and went to see the Foo's, was so gutted about leaving but I knew I wouldn't enjoy it had I stayed. Kaiser Chiefs - Thought they were really bad, could barely hear them and the music sounded hollow. Wish i'd been able to see (damn clashes): Interpol, Super Furries, Killers, Magic Numbers and Prodigy Couldn't get in the tent for the Magic Numbers which was a shame, liked what I heard though and they seemed to be enjoying it. One band I saw at the T Break stage (it was either The Blue Van, Red Serpent something or the Paddingtons - around when Snoop Dogg was on) were all right. They were Danish and trying a bit too hard to please the crowd (dedicating a song to haggis?!) They had a 15 minute last song (last 10 minutes just going wild on the guitars) and really looked to be enjoying it. Ruined it at the end by saying they were meeting with Pete Waterman later in the week though.
