I think a Karl/Joe combo would be better than Max... Max was better when he was going through his "happiest man in the world" phase jsut after he got it together with Steph. I miss Boyd's dreadlocks, and his car crashing.

I disagree with that, when alot of bands start out they're not that good, and a bit of encouragement can go a long way in the early stages. I can't think of many bands who started out as amazing monster super bands, and if nobody supports a fledgling band they'll most likely break up... And that really just leaves people who've been in about 85 other bands and keep making new groups with each other. or something.

I am no fan of stingray's mother at all... And I'm not so keen on nicy Izzy either.
