  1. Well, it is Electro harmonix, so i'd say it's worth a go... Better than getting some nasty digital effect.
  2. Shetland does not rock... And most of the local bands play shitty stereophonics or oasis covers... they've probably graduated to doing bad darkness covers now.
  3. Shame it's in the academy instead of the barrowlands, but it's a cool line up.
  4. Madge? Wow... Harold would have definatley been better, or Mrs. Mangel. I'm still not gonna watch the show though.
  5. This is why the british public should never vote on musical topics. They know fuck all about nothing.
  6. Scotsport SPL is fucking brutal. DOn't care for huns much either. General rangesr fans i don't mind, but huns... rrrrr...
  7. Getting rid of the 524 Cocktail Lounge on George St. would be nice...
  8. The Raveonettes would be the dog's bollocks... lots of people i know would want to go.
  9. Meeting for a pint might be the best idea first, then i could give you a copy of the demo and you could meet everyone else in the band.
  10. I'm interested in trying out any drummer at the moment...
  11. Hmmm... Verse Chorus Verse/Sappy Radio Friendly unif shifter Serve the Servants Lounge Act Aneurysm
  12. God dammit! Well, if we do get a new drummer, we might change the name... we have an accent on the e too, but im too lazy to mess around to put it on.
  13. My band Sin-e to be precise... as my old drummer decided to move to edinburgh without telling anyone grrr... and he was damn good aswell. Anyone interested? Indie rock, but not like stereophonics or oasis of any of that pish. Heavier than indie but not metal, but any drummer would do, but some ability would be nice.
  14. In his hands not being on it is a bit rubbish... i mind years ago reading on a nirvana fan stie that it was really verse chorus verse, and sappy had incorrectly been called verse chorus verse... but i suppose since sappy appeared on that No Alternative charity cd in 1993 called verse chorus verse, in his hands is really called in his hands... I'm sure token eastern song is just the same song a junkyard? No return of the rat either, or moist vagina... still can't wait though.
  15. Only when you sort out the piece of shit bridges on them... the switching system is great though, well, the only bad thing about a jaguar is the awful bridge and shitty tremelo.
  16. Fender Jaguar - with humbuckers and a gibson bridge and tailpiece Fender Telecaster - US body with Mexican electrics Those are my two favourites, but i've also got a gibson les paul studio, which the singer in my band plays, a fender jap strat and an epiphone hollowbody les paul.
  17. That'll have been my band Sin-e... we had cancelled due to our missing drummer, but he turned up on the monday morning so we thought why not, it would be a laugh... so we sounded shite due to the fact we hadn't practiced since May, our singer singing one song in the wrong key, and my pedal board fucking up big time.
  18. I've seen the Polyphonic Spree 6 times now... ...I find "i am the elastic firecracker" a bit too overprodiced and tailored made for an alternative audience, which Tim would agree with. Bill is cool too, but the Jane's Addiction infliuence is fairly obvious. Jesus hits like the Atom Bomb and beyond is the best Tripping Daisy material.
  19. Yr influences don't seem diverse to me
  20. Anyone else a fan? They were an alternative band from Dallas in the 90's... Jesus hits like the atom bomb is one of the best records of last decade in my opinion, but i've never heard them mentioned here.
  21. Today: Charlotte Hatherley ~ Grey Will Fade The Libertines ~ The Libertines
