Had a few listens and I think its not very good at all. I'm fed up of every Ryan Adams release being his "best since Heartbreaker" when its plainly not...

Ryan Adams - Easy Tiger It's OK - still take a few spins to fully get I think, but the best track by a mile is a re-working of a Heartbreaker-era track.....

Blah blah blah. Anyhoo, I object to bonus tracks for the same reasons as you lot PLUS I hate how they ruin the feel of an "album". 11/12 tracks put together to form a body of work, then spoiled by some half-arsed cover or cutting room rescue-piece to bulk up the package. Yeah, I could just press stop, but I much prefer a great album finishing and the CD player cueing up track 1 again....

I'm not feeling the Hot Cross record at all. *Shels (ex-Mahumodo/not the shit DevilSoldHisSoul) - Seas of the Dying Dhou is rather fantastic though (out now on Undergroove)

THe boards used to go ape every time this band did owt, but I've seen nothing about their return on here - I for one am well excited about a new GJ record (was listening to EYEWTKAS last week loads), and would love to see em live (having had tix for the last two cancelled tours), but can't trek down to London for the above date. ANyone going?
