  5. took the words out of my mouth..... but funnier... ...actually after thinking that through... i know he pushes buttons... and they make noise... what exactly does he do? you recon he was the gimp (y'like that? gimp? mask? gettit? dontmatter) that hung around with the band who was mentally handicapped but had a distinct skill for pushing buttons so they just gave him a random box that wasnt connected to anything and let him play band with them by hitting buttons? no but seriously... i'm lost.. does he have a button that says 'here comes the pain' on it? or does sid do that too? bleh... brain fart...
  6. im slighty surprised they're doing anything more to be honest, when they came out i really thought it was gonna be one of these novelty records (as the days of one hit wonders are passed now, you have to atleast bring out an album + a couple of singles and pretend your actually going to be around for more than 12 months) but good on them, have to say i enjoyed Fire, wouldnt put it on my most listened to list, but it was cool, just hope they dont fall down the rehashing old ground route as so many bands like this do on second albums.

  9. we may be having a halloween party of sorts but i can't actually say much about it other than it has been talked about, it looks doubtful, and whether i go out or not i'm still planning some sort of costume even if it means sitting about at home looking like an ass ... sorry am drunk... might as well be honest!

  11. They are by far my most listened to band, i didnt even know there was an album coming out, good news!! Although... were we not due a Tool album soon? does that mean its gone back now coz MJK has been working on this? ah well! Still chuffed!!
  12. it's true black atom have played all 3 of our halloween gigs... and anyways you have the mighty immortal wombat (featuring 5 members of black atom - and another 10 people from hot mangu, festr, ghost of bongo... and lot's more) to look forward to at xmas! (december 29th at dr. drakes) the point is... it's halloween. so let's all get dressed up, watch some bands, drink lot's (optional) and have fun! that's what our halloween gigs are all about. fun and games, live bands, prizes! hooray for prizes! lot's of love Rico x (not rass) (rass says hi)
  13. yup Maven gets my vote. one of my fondest memories of the WWE would be at the Royal Rumble when he made his debut and he put the undertaker out by surprise, so the taker just came straight back in and tore him to pieces, eventually putting his head through a popcorn machine, fucking ace! His career should of ended there, about 15 minutes after it began.
  14. They are only releasing this album to complete thier record deal apparently, will be intresting to see if they really have been told what to do over the past few years when they bring out a couple of albums under thier own steam.

  17. I'm sure there are plenty of bands that fall under this catagory for me, but only a few come to mind at the moment, being: The Diuretics Reap like i say there's prolly heaps more but those 2 are the only ones that stick out because i had to leave a venue half way through the set.
