February 19 will see a huge fundraiser for the victims of the Indian Ocean tsunami disaster at Glasgow's SEC. Artists playing will include Franz Ferdinand, Idlewild, Travis, Mogwai, Teenage Fanclub, Belle and Sebastian, Slam and Mylo. Tickets are onsale now at 28.50, all of which will be given to charity.

Apparently Deacon Blue and loads others too. Doors are at 6pm also... (apparently)

Are they trying to get people to help or scare people away? With a roll call like that I suspect the latter.

Fully. But they would only sell 50 tickets instead of selling it out if they had a cast of Drakes playing, for instance! Imagine Faither bellowing "'Hank you!" to a captivated, sell - out SECC audience! He could emerge from the crowd and make his way to the stage from the back of the venue! Or appear from a trap door, powered by a hydraulic lift that shot him flying up in the air, dressed as a zombie. Carrying a comedy shark cup......

And Teenage Fanclub are your favourite band anyway. :D

'This one's called the hi-di-hi song!'

The time faither got from the back of the secc his 20 min set time would be over!

Mogwai = one of the best bands i've ever seen live. SIX TIMES.

If folk had shut up when asked at the Lemon Tree gig it would have been better.

If they had captured folk's attention and imagination they might have shut up...
