french_disko
I can categorically state that (suspected) swine flu is not nice. But, holy shit, Tamiflu gives you the most hallucinogenic, vivid dreams.
Le Stu
Did you go to your GP to get it, or the hospital? My surgery has a big sign basically saying don't come near this place if you think you have it.

french_disko
How did you get your prescription then, if I might be so thick?Had to get a friend to collect it. Got a pack of 10 - you have to take 2 per day. This is the first time I've been ill in over 2 years - and it's pretty fucking shitty! Lemonade
I thought I had swine flu last week, it was pretty grim, I phoned the flu line and they just told me to keep taking paracetomol and drink loads of water. I was back on my feet in 4-5 days like so I don't think it was swine flu, just a virus of some sort. Coughing up blood wasn't much fun like. Soda Jerk
Best thing about being bed ridden is the losing a bit of belly. Seems to go right back on though. Fucks!

Flash@TMB
Doesn't sound as bad as real flu if you're able to use a computer. The flu I had at Christmas... couldn't get out of bed for 5 days and had to piss in my empty volvic bottles. There is a coughing up blood virus doing the rounds, John had it a few weeks back and looked really green. First time he's ever been ill.

Saying that, my body feels like it's run a marathon & I could barely lift my head on Monday & Tuesday.

Saying that, my body feels like it's run a marathon & I could barely lift my head on Monday & Tuesday.Someone I know was diagnosed over the phone and said that it's not as bad as your standard flu but also that the Tamiflu side effects were horrific. I've never had any flu apart from the makie uppie one. I did have a nosebleed the other day though........AM I GOING TO DIE?!
Johnny Mac
I'll almost certainly end up getting it. My boyfriend works at Aberdeen Uni and those filthy students spread viruses around like wildfire. Can't say I'm looking forward to it.Don't say that. I work there don't and don't really fancy catching it.

Nuts! especially when theyve just had a heart attack or something!!! least of there fucking worries. If every fucker just practiced good hygiene then that would help greatly! Scootray
Swine flu is just flu, but a different strain of it. Yet everyone shits themselves as if no-one has ever heard of flu before. Less Tamiflu and more nuts, world. Grow some fucking nuts. Fucking media...
Nev
It's not even a fucker of a flu, just a mild strain of it. I understand the problem with it is that it's "more infectious", but still. Bunch of fucking jessies.
