Bigsby
Nope, never heard of them. When were they around? To be fair, I think "ska-punk" is a pile of balls, but I've heard of The Mighty, Mighty Bosstones, are they like them?
TR!ΔNGL€ T€€TH
Controversial.Or just plain wrong... I saw them at Leeds, they were alright. I preferred Capdown and Lightyear.
Metarie
Ah...Lightyear, I remember seeing them and Captain Everything in Kef years ago. Good times. Goldfinger have somehow appeared in my MP3 player, not sure how but I do enjoy a few songs. They're not bad, they're just not Less Than Jake. RossP
They were thoroughly enjoyable at T in the Park many years ago.Seem to remember they did a Destiny's Child pisstake and got a few dozen members of the crowd to invade the stage

David Insurrection
The best ska punk act ever? That acolade would have to belong to Citizen Fish. Check 'em out here: MySpace.com - Citizen Fish - Bath, Warminster., UK - Punk / Ska - www.myspace.com/citizenfishofficial And if not then Inner Terrestrials. MySpace.com - inner terrestrials - London, UK - Punk / Ska / Reggae - www.myspace.com/innerterrestrials

Shame they went all 'politikal' and 'anim@l rytez' after that...

Soda Jerk
I wouldn't consider them the best ska punk band when they only sustained the very bare minimal characteristics found in ska punk. They didn't even have a proper horn section. They just seperated fast bits with upstrokes. Lyrically they were fairly terrible, and probably one of the slackest bands I've seen live. ben_1903
update - if any of you are interested they havea new song get up on their myspace, which is really good and pretty old school. Then underneath that song is a fairly average pop effort. hmmmm....
