  1. No Spill Blood - Heavy Electricity This is noisy. Good noisy. Unrelenting fuzzy bass guitar riffs overlayed with synths and pounding drums. Sounds a bit like what could happen if Kylesa got really into 80s sci-fi.
  2. To be fair she'd never done it in the previous 117 years so she had a great track record of not dying - there's no way anyone could have foreseen that that would change now.
  3. I've never knowingly heard a Radiohead song. Too busy listening to Limp Bizkit 24/7 never begging for a raincheck. Old school soldiers passing up the hot shit. That rock shit and bounce in the mosh pit.
  4. I got 2 out of 16 because I didn't give a fuck about Scottish football when those guys were in the league. I'm disappointed to have got 2 by accident tbh.
  5. It's pretty good. I'd decided ahead of time that it was the kind of thing that I don't like but now I've listened to it and I guess I sure showed me.
  6. I got 14. Number 10 did me in. Ricky Sbragia is bad and should be stopped at all costs.
  7. Please let them know that I am available. Thanks!
  8. I signed up because I had some time on my hands and why not, right? I will probably watch 2 races this year, that seems to be my average over the last couple of seasons, so you'll all have someone to finish ahead of.

All that plus he gets more yards for the team than his stats suggest due to drawn pass interference calls down the field.
  10. He'll never drink tea again.
  11. That's weird. He's been great at the back post header since he was playing on the wing for Man Utd. Commentators and pundits are ungood.
  12. I take it back. The first goal for 'boro last night was the pinnacle of lovely stuff.
  13. Zoolander - still the best film ever made.
  14. That's probably decent but I just threw together a two egg omelette with chopped salami and cheese served with potato waffles. I think the Japanese could learn a thing or two from me.
  15. Dean Blunt - Black Metal There's nothing there. It's empty. It's dead. It wants me to die with it. I refuse. Ariel Pink - Pom Pom This is the anti-Dean Blunt. Everything is TOTHEMAX, this guy wants me to go to the casino at 5 in the morning but all I want to do is go to bed. Leave me alone Ariel. Please. I'm begging you. No more glam rock. No more. Stop. The Decemberists - What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World It's fine. I tapped my foot a few times. I didn't even feel an urge to turn it off after a couple of tracks. It'll do. I probably won't go back to it though.
  16. You knows it. Brian McGee - 'A Man And A Guitar' songs have to have something really special going on to keep my attention and this had nothing special going on. I listened to it a few times last week and I legit can't remember any of the songs now. The only time it really engaged me was when I was listening on Spotify and that was because it ran over to his previous album which featured a full band. Get your drummer back, you dolt! I didn't pick it. I'd have picked something good. Mark Benevento - I like it. It's breezy. The shuffling drums and almost woozy sounding piano work well together with the production that puts me in mind of Doves in some places (specifically No One Is To Blame) and old Daft Punk in others (If I Get To See You At All - though that may be more due to my lack of other references in this musical area). I'd put it in my ears again. Maybe I like jazz. Huh. Honeyblood - I went into this sceptical thanks to comparisons I'd seen to various 90s indie bands that I don't care much for. I'm not usually keen on the jangly, reverb laden guitars that seem to be popular at the moment but this had enough crunch to put that out of my mind. The vocals are ace and the instrumentation is sparse without becoming too empty. Good. Very good.

Agreed. The Missy Elliot and Sharks/Beach Balls sections were outstanding. The game was good too. I still have no idea how the Seahawks managed to keep it tight in the first half though - they should have been dead and buried with the way they played but somehow came out even.
  18. tfw people use language differently from me. Smdh.
  19. Not Joe Hart but still. SMASH.
  20. Haha, I know, right? You're wrong though. His mother is from Turkey and, again, he has Turkish nationality. He was British, he isn't now. Anyway. Boro beat Man City and Lee Tomlin made Vinny Kompany look like a prat AND Joe Hart got 'wrestling.gif'ed by Albert Adomah so I'm in good fettle. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3xaFgpTkuQ
