A couple of chaps on Punktastic got me into this lot. Good stuff! Always meant to pick up albums but never got round to it.

Looking forward this. Haven't seen Glass Wolves before and I haven't seen ASD since....god knows. The first bassist was still playing for them and the keyboards were still there. Crikey. From reading on Punktastic, there are at least a dozen or so Glasgow peeps coming up for this, maybe more. Should be a good one! I gave One-Up a phone and they still had it. Picked up the Magnolia Electric Co. 7" too. Awesome.

I spoke to one of the guys in Avalanche about this and he said as far as he as aware almost nothing got to the UK. Clearly, some stuff did make it. I really fancied the Jesus Lizard 9 x 7" boxset thing, anyone know if One-Up got one in? It appears to be Ebay fodder like everything else already. Even those Sonic Youth 7"s are going for a bit. Mince.

I'd love to go to Primavera, every line-up seems super and Barcelona looks awesome. Still kicking myself for turning down a ticket to the Explosions In The Sky ATP last year. Efterklang makes End of the Road tempting but the journey and peeps that will be there put me off. It's close to my 21st though. Hmm. I'm such an old man.

Actually, we're quite close now to being able to play. But not this close. Bah. And this gig is on a Sunday and we practice on Sundays. Mince. I'll speak to the guys about moving practice to Monday so we can make it along, some of this sounds tasty!

Folk on Punktastic are saying some promoters are receiving emails that Joan of Arc might be able to play these shows, and that it's some kind of "package tour". Awesome.

My car reg isn't blurred out but my mum and dad's cars are, and both are parked right beside mine. Hmm.

Jacob on top of that riffage will be a whole load of AWESOME. One of my favourite bands too, they can do no wrong. Been super both times I've seen them as well.

Get "The Five Years" CD - all the splits (except the sinaloa one) and 7"s, plus a couple of covers and some live stuff. The 10" is super too. I have the 3" CD version, will fire it on a CD-R for you.

Three top notch bands, great chat, lots of laughs and a small fortune spent on merch. YAS. Fully agree about the nice atmosphere, and big well done to Mr. Huw for being brave and putting it on. I noticed the Phil/Joe similarities yonks back but was too scared to say owt. Glad someone else noticed!

YAS. I'll bring your money.

If the album is on sale at the gig, I'll pick one up. Warden, I'll finally get one of those Kids Explode splits off you.

I'll either sell it to fund an overdrive or sit down and work out how to use it. I change my mind on this every other day.

Someone on C-zine posted about this lot a couple of months back. Never knew they were playing Moshulu. Quite possibly the worst band I've ever heard.

I can't believe that In Decades Decline show was that long ago.....crikey. o_O This gig will be excellent!
