Captain America dealt me an educational whuppin' at Hearthstone today. Really wish I had an iPad to play it on instead of my laptop, cause it's fucking awesome to pick up and play. In other news, I got really close to getting the 4096 tile in 2048. It was the worst.

On the other hand, I really liked the Whitewalker stuff north of the wall. It seems a shame that at some point the great backstabbing and character dynamics will have to make way for a bit of CGI heavy magic action though. All the build up will have to make way for all the humans grudgingly teaming up at some point surely. That will be a shame.

Agreed. The less I have to hear about the kid with the bow and arrows trying to explain something very obvious as mysteriously as possible, the better. It feels like someone making a stretched out business seminar. Bran can possess things, because somehow he's magical. Got it. I don't think anyone's really going to give a fuck how he got magical. There's not going to be an amazing logical explanation.

I think it's surprising that Bran's had such little screen time so far. I imagine that crew will get a few episodes of spooky shit at some point.

I wasn't going to mention that I think it sounds a bit like an old Weezer demo, but then the lyric 'across the sea' came up. Guitar is smashing, and yer voice sounds great when the vocals hit where they want to go, although it gets fairly wobbly sometimes.

I thought it was a fairly nasty extra send off for Joffrey. Yeesh. I'm finding the Targarian stuff pretty repetitive and cheesy. Hopefully her doting entourage start tearing each other to pieces or something quite soon. Arya and the Dog are always welcome onscreen though.

I just think it's a shame that you've obviously got a great work ethic but you've got pretty much fuck all to show for it except a handful of low end guitars. And presumably very little cash left for weed. Bleak years for a teenager.

Would you likely play sitting down or standing up? If you're going to be stationary, you're probably as well mic-ing up with an SM57 or something, especially for recording. I imagine a wee microphone like the Thomann one would be a feedback nightmare, and probably not noticeably better than a soundhole unit.

So the advice you required was 'I recommend you buy any pickups'. Cool.
