  1. When I first saw Dogmeat, I blew the shit out of him but he just became unconscious. From a distance, he just looked like a more powerful Vicious Dog, so I just assumed it was a new enemy. By the time I realised shooting the fuck out of him with the minigun wasn't making him die, I knew something was up.
  2. Don't forget about TV Offal, Jam/Jaaaaam, Brasseye, Eurotrash, Father Ted, Spaced, Frasier, Spin City and South Park. Friday nights on Channel 4 used to be awesome.
  3. You could maybe do a mix and match with some of Creating Patterns then
  4. Not a song, but an album: 'Two Pages' by 4hero.
  5. It is fictional, however the writer followed a U.S Bomb Squad during the Iraq War, which served as the inspiration.
  6. Damn right. Those comics were fucking awesome.
  7. Anyone seen this yet? You might have seen the trailer if you went to see Inglourious Basterds. It's actually been leaked for months as it is originally an independant film, which I don't understand why. The film follows a USA Bomb Disposal Squad during the 2004 Iraq War. Highly tense stuff.
  8. Absolutely fucking fantastic flick. Christopher Waltz is an incredible actor - when he is present on-screen, you are trying to figure out what his real intent truly is, and he did such a good job of portraying that.
  9. Nice find! I just recently picked up Form & Function Volume 2. Photek, what the fuck happened to you? Half of the tunes are generic amen break with shitty female vocals. Oh dear.
  10. Using a pick to play bass? Poor show. Yes I know people use picks to get a certain tone, but that's if the Low EQ isn't maxed and the sound isn't shit.
  11. Amen to that bro. I had the opportunity to study it as my fictional text for Media Studies, and even after seeing it over 50 times, I will never get bored of that film. It is simply incredible, but as with most films, you either get it or you don't. Many people expect it to be an action flick and are thus disappointed on the first viewing. It is definitely a film you need to watch more than once to understand just how well structured the narrative and setting is.
  12. A bunch of Chiptune artists made a tribute album for Weezer: Pterodactyl Squad - A video game music netlabel - Weezer - The 8-bit Album Look who did track 8...
  13. The major gripe I have with Born Like This is that he seems to have the habit of re-using beats that are years old. Some of the beats on there have been on the Special Herbs volumes on more than one occasion. Still a decent album though, but not his best. Anyone checked out the days of MF in KMD with his brother DJ Subroc before he died?
  14. Maybe we should all post a tune that are among our favourites and what we think folks should check out. I will take the initiative: Great video too.
  15. In that case, I am digging a lot of Scott Joplin and Negro Spiritual compilations.
  16. We talking hip hop or rap here? Operation Doomsday/MM... Food by MF or Livin' Proof by Group Home are my personal faves. Don't mind a dabble of Jurassic 5 or Heiroglyphics either.
  17. There is also a new shorter campaign on its way for the original L4D: Crash Course - The Left 4 Dead Wiki - Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, Survivors, Infected, walkthroughs, news, and more
  18. Any chance you could elaborate on that?
  19. Deadwood is fucking amazing. More people should know about this show.
  20. Inglourious Basterds Absolutely top notch. There is a LOT of dialog (similar to what Death Proof was like), but it only serves to build up each major scene to its unexpected twists and the climax. Definitely worth checking out.
  21. Anyone on here still play Team Fortress 2?
